Holiday rentals with lake access in Lake Norman of Catawba

This place blew our mind! We went as a family with kids and loved everything about the house. So many fun things like kayaks, paddle boards, outdoor games, etc. We loved it so much we tried to stay an extra night. We've stayed in a bunch of rentals and this is our #1 favorite of all time. Highly recommend! Comfortable, quiet, fun, beds great, plenty of sitting room, fun outdoor areas. Will stay here again.

This lake house was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true escape. The house had everything we needed for a perfect family getaway—cozy, clean, and so thoughtfully stocked. But what really stole our hearts was the view. Watching the sun set over the water each evening, wrapped in a blanket with nothing but the sound of the lake and laughter in the background, was pure magic. We made beautiful memories here and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Highly recommended, we will be back! We also used Lake Effects for our boat rental, they were fantastic! It’s about an 18 minute trip back to the house on the water.

Great home ! Directly on lake . Lots to do at the home as well as surrounding area.

Wonderful place to enjoy the lake. From the hot tub, fire pit and kayaks we enjoyed it all. We fished from the dock, some catching their first!! The optional pontoon boat rental was icing on the cake! We made great family memories.

Very cozy home on the lake. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t very cooperative but we enjoyed our time and the home. The inside of the home is very clean, spacious, and accommodating. The outside could have used a bit more cleaning, but it had been raining a lot and I’m sure that contributed to the dirt along the decks and outdoor furniture.

Wow, what a location right by the lake! We absolutely loved this accommodation. its tastefully decorated, calm, peaceful and private. the living space is sociable and the front porch allows you to enjoy the view of the lake, the birds and just the wonderful peaceful atmosphere. there are kyaks and paddle boards and a beautiful dining area on the jetty. Comfortable beds, pretty linen, great bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen make it feel top end. Clearly this place is loved by the owner and we recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil stay. we came to Charlotte for the Speedway but we're so happy we got out of town to explore the countryside and enjoy Lake Norman. Downtown Moorseville is about 20 mins away and was a lovely place for a bit if shopping and some nice coffee ☕️ Thank you Patricia. we highly recommend your beautiful place at Tranquility Cove x

Overall great stay!! Place itself was excellent however wish there was more going on in the surrounding town.

The condo was very clean, new and large. Actually 4 floors in a renovated church. 1st floor was kitchen, living room and half bathroom. 2nd floor was master bedroom suite with walk-in shower, laundry room outside suite. 3rd floor was 2 additional bedrooms and a shared bath. 4th floor was a roof top sitting area. Everything looked brand new and well stocked. Host was extremely proactive in checking in to see if we had any issues, which we did not. Location was ~1 mile from downtown Charlotte and easy driving distance to everything. Enjoyed our stay and will comeback if heading to Charlotte again. Thanks for sharing and caring..

Beautiful setting with lots of things to do. Dogs are great. Lake is lovely. Kayaks are nice. Lore cared a lot that we were happy during our stay.

I had a good stay at this Lake Norman property! The location was a little noisy during the day as there was construction going on, but just steps from the water. Waking up to sunrise over the lake and enjoying evenings on the dock were nice. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing 2 weeks. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided great response to support any and all questions.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The unit had anything you could possibly need. Was great not having to run to the store to get this or that as they already had everything available. Very clean!

I have used James many times now to lodge employees from Minnesota while attending training in the Charlotte area. All aspects of our interactions have been EXCELLENT! My employees request to stay there versus a hotel. The amenities, cleanliness, location, and peacefulness of the lake far out weigh anything a local hotel can offer. He's always the first place we look to book. 100% recommended.

This is hands down, the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The amenities were amazing, it was exactly as described, and is a beautiful home. We can’t wait to go back!

This place is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and just what our family needed. So grateful that we were able to bring our sweet dog too. Our son is way into fishing-the dock was exactly what we were looking for. LeeAnn is an incredible host, answered any and all questions and the place was exactly as she described. We already know that we will be back and can’t wait to plan our next visit.

We absolutely LOVED this cottage on the lake! The view was beautiful, and the kids caught a lot of fish off of the dock! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Jack was a great host. Very responsive and hospitable. Already talking about when we can come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zachary’s place and highly recommend it for a perfect lake getaway. Zachary and his family are great hosts.

Stayed here this past weekend and it was amazing. Beautiful house, very clean and cozy. Outside was private with a privacy fence on one side and shrubs on the other. It was quiet at night and with a gated driveway it felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful property! We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. We cooked-out on the grill and were surprised to find the fridge was conveniently already stocked with some basic condiments which made for an easier and less expensive grocery run! Nice kitchen and grill. Plenty of space. Amazing lake with access to kayaks, a paddle board, and lake mat which made for a fun time. Jamie was so sweet and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Stacey's home was fabulous! This was our families second time here and we can't wait to come back again. We have kids and grandkids in the area and it is perfect for all of us to get together and enjoy the lake and local area. Our son brought his boat and docked it the entire stay. The grandkids had an absolute blast playing in the sand and on the beach. EVERYTHING we needed was provided for the many meals we cooked/grilled. The screened in porch was amazing for the rainy morning we had. If you are looking for a relaxing lake get away, this is it. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us Stacey.
