Additional fee of $20 night per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total. Longer stays 3 guests max.

We are unable to accommodate guests’ boats, jet skis or trailers. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS INCLUDED DUE TO PARKING LIMITATIONS. A $100 FEE WILL BE ADDED FOR EACH ADDITIONAL VEHICLE.

The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.

The guest house is situated on a large, quiet and safe lot and has a full kitchen for cooking meals in if you wish. This is a newly renovated spacious private apartment above our home’s garage with a private entrance. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet, a full bathroom with tub/shower, a kitchenette, and a living room. An additional twin-sized blow-up mattress is available upon request. Only smaller pets under 45 pounds are allowed with small added fee.
