Farmhouse-Chic Retreat with a Charming Patio

Guests have full use of the house, including a spacious kitchen. Four bedrooms with memory foam mattresses ensure you can sleep comfortably. The dining room table can seat 6-8. In the living room there’s a comfortable seating area across the room from a large desk - great for those traveling for work! There is a separate laundry room off the back patio. Guests will have complimentary use of detergent. Iron and ironing board are also available for guest use. On the property there’s an occupied mother-in-law apartment - with separate parking and it’s own entrance so that guests staying in the house are not disturbed by the apartment’s full-time occupant. The backyard is also has a dividing fence for house guests’ privacy. As a guest staying at the house you will have privacy, but I’m local nearby and can assist guests at their request. Behind the house is an occupied apartment that has its own entrance, parking, and backyard. Nestled into a cluster of moss-draped oaks, the house is only a short drive from restaurants and shops in Lake Mary and quaint downtown Sanford. The best way to navigate the area is by car. There are several car rental agencies nearby, with the Orlando-Sanford International Airport just 5-7 min drive.

Mirian’s airbnb is gorgeous and very clean. The pool was at perfect temperature and all amenities are at your need. Mirian is very knowledgeable and fair on all house rules. I had no problem, following her house rules. I highly recommend going there, when on vacation to Florida.

“The Shed" in Historic Downtown Sanford

Second time staying at The Shed and we LOVE IT!! The location is beautiful and only a 15 min walk into town. Also good bus routes for those who don't drive and train too! Locals are friendly and say hello. The Shed is fully equipped for all you need...the kitchen is lovely, we also used the 'slow cooker/crockpot' to make meals in while being out in daytime it was a nice touch to have that! I spent mornings reading on the porch with breakfast and coffee, the coffee maker is great, & having a kettle too! Comfy bed, only thing i would add is maybe an extra shelf in the shower to put more toiletry items? The reading room was so comfy for a chill out read..chaise lounge fell asleep on once lol. Outside space was lovely with a fire pit and BBQ. I would prefer to have a clothes drier/airer for outside drying of clothes rather than tumble drying but that's just me being from the UK, like to hang washing out in the sun to dry. Chris was a great host and always responsive to any messages. xx

Glenn's property offers numerous advantages, most notably its secure environment, a critical factor given this was my first solo trip without my husband. The animals provided engaging entertainment for my children, proving a valuable distraction during their sibling's absence at Camp Boggy Creek. Glenn and his co-host provided prompt responses to all inquiries. We will certainly consider Glenn's property again for future Camp Boggy Creek visits. This location is highly recommended for those seeking a comfortable, secure accommodation approximately 30 minutes from Camp Boggy Creek. Publix and many other shopping plazas were within 7 minutes away, so it was very convenient.

Such a wonderful stay ! We loved it completely. The BATHROOM was the highlight of this place. It’s absolutely wonderful, beautiful and spacious. The entire space was beautiful and spacious. The bed and everything else was very comfortable. Perfect for a solo traveler or couple. The hosts were also so kind as to leave the lights on for when we arrived since we arrived very late. It made our experience so easy and we felt like we were arriving at home. I will definitely be booking this place the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Just stayed at The Lemon Cottage for my daughter’s birthday getaway. Prior to our arrival I reached out to Mrs. Debbie to ask her if she could decorate the cottage before we arrived to surprise the birthday girl. Mrs. Debbie far exceeded my expectations especially considering she did not have to do what I asked of her. She truly made the arrival of our girl’s weekend magical. The cottage was beautiful, and had everything you would need for a stay minus the food and extras you bring. The kids also enjoyed the snack basket that was at the cottage. Debbie was very responsive to any questions we had. Would 10/10 recommend staying in this beautiful home. Thank you so much Mrs. Debbie for your great hospitality and making my girl’s birthday extra special.
