Lake house holiday rentals in Lake Meade

Our stay at Grandview 2 was perfect . We were in the area for a weekend lacrosse tournament so our days were long. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at Stephanie’s home. Our mornings were peaceful and our nights were restful. Thank you again, Stephanie.

Grande View 1 was easy to find in a wooded lake community. It is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very clean and the finishes beautiful! This is a great place to relax and to use as base camp while exploring the area!

The place was perfect for my husband’s trip to Spring Carlisle. The host was wonderful and the location was away from the hustle and bustle of the car show. I recommend this place to all.

Gary and his wife were very nice and had many good recommendations for the area. The house is a quaint little studio literally steps from the river. I highly recommend the boathouse for a quiet getaway.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Elmer’s house on the Susquehanna. Our group numbered 17 and there was plenty of room for all. The pickle ball court was a big hit . With the use of the bunk house everyone could spread out and have plenty of room. The view of the Susquehanna is stunning and very peaceful. We were there when the river was running high and so you must use caution if you go on the river with a kayak. I would highly recommend this house to anyone that is researching properties in the area for Airbnb stays. Thanks again, Elmer..

Beautiful home with high end finishes. Very clean, endless hot water, heated bathroom tile floors, loved the doors. The view of the river was beautiful and peaceful. There was lots of different wildlife to admire. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. Host, Josh, responded to questions within minutes. Best of all, we were able to bring our two large dogs, which was very important to us as we were there for a family funeral and on short notice. I would definitely recommend this home to someone staying in the area.

We used to stay in a place not too far from here in PA. It slowly lost its charm, so we ventured out. So glad we did! Excellent hosts! The details they paid attention to did not go unnoticed. A wonderful welcome basket, immaculate home, and plenty of extras. We will be back!

The house is located in a beautiful, peaceful location. The host was very responsive, helpful, and flexible. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a fun vacation. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place is nice and comfortable. It is right by the river and it is very peaceful. Me and the dogs had a very good time. I have to say I had a hiccups during my staying. The cleaning person did not show up the day prior of my arrival, I did communicated to Rachel and she was so nice, caring and the response I received from her was exceptional. It was so nice and easy to communicate with her. Overall everything was great and do recommend this host.

Lisa was a great host! She was always responsive and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Do not let the parking situation deter you! The lots are close by and allow you to walk the quaint streets of the town. We had four kids in tow and a lot of stuff and it was so easy to move between the car and home. Her home is beautiful and pristinely kept! The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate, but with the charm of a country home. I had never been to the area and it was the perfect place for us to call home. I would highly recommend Mount Gretna and Lisa’s home.

This is our second stay in this house. When we are in the area we will continue to stay here. Cindy is great to work with. She is quick to respond and takes care of things quickly as well. We experienced a snow/ice storm while there and Ralph came out to pretreat the deck, stairs and walkway for our safety.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice. The host was very easy to communicate with. Everything was clean and neat and had everything we needed. We could not have asked for a better week.
