Holiday rentals with a patio in Lake Mary

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

This little studio was absolutely amazing for what I needed! It was a reasonable size and price. Also right down the street from the event I was going to! Lando is also an amazing host definitely would stay here again!

Great place to stay, especially if you're needing an extended stay. We felt right at home. We walked around the neighborhood and it was super quiet, gated, and felt safe. Beautiful apartment!

My husband and I had such a great stay at Sarah’s place. It was adorable, extremely clean, and very peaceful. We travel a lot and frequently stay at Airbnb‘s. We would definitely recommend staying with Sarah and would actually love to stay again when we revisit the area. You couldn't ask for nicer people or how generous they are. You will not be disappointed with your staying it's 1 day or 14 days! The planning that went into this Airbnb was well thought out inside & out. Bed was extremely comfortable and you get so much space and plenty of parking. Close to stores, beach or Orlando. We will always stay here when we are in Florida, we even changed our minds on outings so we could just stay there and relax on her beautiful property with our own patio.

The place was beautiful, clean, and felt upscale. My girlfriend and I had a great time staying here. The space was big, cozy, and well put together. It had everything we needed and made the trip really enjoyable. The lighting, the furniture, and even the layout made it feel like a home away from home. I did see a few roaches during the stay. One was large and I had to kill it, and a few smaller ones were either already dead or barely moving. That tells me pest control is likely in place, not a major thing since I have family in Australia, but I figured it was worth mentioning just to be fully honest. Other than that, everything else was solid. The location was quiet, the vibe was peaceful, and it felt like a perfect spot to relax. Parking was easy, check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was clear and helpful. If the pest issue continues to be monitored, I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. We truly enjoyed our time and made great memories together.

Lovely home and looks just like the pictures. Kayla was quick to respond when we wrote her. Only thing like there’s no tv’s in the bedrooms. Other than that it was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It had most of everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. All of the appliances worked very well, including the air conditioning. We felt very much at home and want to come back. It was especially nice enjoying the screened in porch or the chairs out by the lake. Lots of wildlife to look at also. Our host were very responsive and friendly.

Rented Claudia's place for close friend who are a missionary family of 5 that were visiting us. I was very happy to find this house for them so they would have their own space with their 3 children (10-15 yrs old), and still be close to us. My friend messaged that, " it was a fabulous stay, clean, great location, quiet. Very comfortable beds." And when talking to her before they left she said that she wished they had more time to stay and see more of the local area. Claudia was a great host and very accommodating when arranging this and during their stay. I will always choose the option of renting one of her properties when we have friends or family coming to visit when it is a couple of a family.

Mallory’s house was beautiful and spacious. The place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. All the amenities listed were available and easy to find. We plan to stay again in the future when we visit family.

This was my second time renting from Loida, home was exactly as pictured and described. Loida was very responsive to all my questions! She was wonderful and easy to work with. I would absolutely rent again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mike's place in Orlando! From the moment we booked, Mike was an exceptional host - incredibly communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend his place to anyone visiting Orlando and will definitely be back on our next trip!

May was great! Went to Universal Studios and it was right down the street. May was always responsive to any questions I had. Would stay again for sure

Place was fairly clean. Loved the patio, was very peaceful in the mornings. Kitchen had basic tools. Loved the location. As mentioned it was the ideal spot for shopping for essentials-Publix, target. Was in Orlando for Stray Kids concert and location for venue was not too far away, about 30 minutes.

Enjoyed our stay, very clean, and close to the theme parks. Will definitely stay here again (:
