Holiday rentals with a patio in Seminole County

Very peaceful and quiet. Close to everything you could need within a 5 mile radius. Everything was perfect with our stay thank you again for allowing us to share your space.

My husband and I had such a great stay at Sarah’s place. It was adorable, extremely clean, and very peaceful. We travel a lot and frequently stay at Airbnb‘s. We would definitely recommend staying with Sarah and would actually love to stay again when we revisit the area. This was by far one of the most reasonable stays in the area while providing exactly what we needed. Thank you, Sarah.

I stayed long term at Mir’s place. I found it the most comfortable and welcoming. It had everything I needed as if I was right at home and Mir was extremely accommodating to my travel schedule. I will always stay at one of Mir’s properties when I visit Florida whether it be for work or leisure. Thanks again Mir for everything

Roy's place was so cute, and the perfect place to stay the night. It was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. They also left us a bottle of wine which was the perfect touch. I only wish I could've stayed longer and explored more of Sanford. It's such a cute and friendly town and the nightlife was fun too!

I have made the mistake of saying there was just 1 guest when there was really 4 of us and it was not an issue at all. The house was spotless the beds were comfortable and the back porch overlooked a pretty Lake. Love to hear the sounds of Florida.

This was the best place I’ve stayed at thus far❣️. Not only did I feel right at home, but the place was clean, I mean spot less, well appointed, and the host was extremely responsive. Christie did it right, she thought of everything and didn’t cut corners like I’ve seen in other properties. I was impressed with this rental, worth every $. I will definitely book again. I wish I could have extended my stay at this property because I stayed in town an additional week but it was booked. Excellent stay. The best in this area

Mallory’s house was beautiful and spacious. The place was clean and looked exactly like the photos. All the amenities listed were available and easy to find. We plan to stay again in the future when we visit family.

Claudia and Jose’s place is great. Second Spring we’ve rented here. We love the peacefulness of the historic section of Sanford. We love the bike paths and we’re here without a car. We biked and Uber’s everywhere we wanted to go. The Win-Dixi grocery store nearby had everything we needed. Coffee shops and bike shops a short walk away. We’ve already booked again for next year. My family and me recently had the pleasure of staying in this cozy and warm house, and it was everything we hoped for and more. It was the perfect spot for our family trip to Florida. The house was exactly as described - cozy, clean and incredible welcoming. From the moment we walked in, felt right at home. The interior was thoughtfully decorated with charming, rustic touches and soft lighting that created an inviting atmosphere. This Airbnb had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip, from a well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals, to spacious bedrooms and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout. The bedrooms were comfortable with soft linens and plenty of blankets in case is needed. The living space was just the right size for us, to chill and relax. But what we loved the most was the patio – it was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee or unwind in the evenings after a day out. Santiago, the host went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

The host was incredible and attentive to every detail. From start to finish the experience was seamless. The host was responsive and accommodating and made sure we felt like home when we were staying there. The host went above and beyond for us. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mike's place in Orlando! From the moment we booked, Mike was an exceptional host - incredibly communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend his place to anyone visiting Orlando and will definitely be back on our next trip!

This was our second stay at Philip's place. Great location right in the center of town. The place is very roomy and well kept. It's an upstairs apartment in one of the old downtown buildings with stores and restaurants below. Cool place! You have to climb a fairly set of steps to get up to the room. Would stay again.

We loved everything about the location. from the accuracy of the listing, closeness of the pool and minute walk to the beach. The full spice rack and grill seasonings were an added bonus for meal prep! within a few minutes drive to markwys and some of the best restaraunts the area has. The Garlic, Taco Shak, Down the Hatch and the General Public House are our faves! we travel the area often and wouldn't hesitate booking this location if available again. thank you for a carefree visit!

Stacey’s place was perfect for a relaxing stay! The neighborhood was quiet, and the quick walk across the street to the beach was super convenient. The bed was really comfortable, and while we didn’t use them, the beach gear in the closet was a nice touch. Great location in NSB!
