We really enjoyed our stay here, great location for familys!

Everything was awesome ,but the bottom of the tub was dirty, and the toilet filled very slowly I lost the # and sent him an email him and asked him to call me and he didn't get back to me this time ,and I feel that should be taken care of,I fill I due some kind refund. Other than that I loved the place, everything but that was very clean .

Great location and the host was extremely helpful with any items we required. The location is perfect if you want to be in Downtown Houston. Great apartment and the building has very nice ammenities. I would recommend this apartment to friends that are visiting Houston as well...

Awesome place and exceptional hosts! Place is nicely appointed and well taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and good pool area. Hosts communicate well and are very responsive. Great location to attractions and restaurants without being in the middle of the commotion. Highly recommend this property!!

One of our favorite parts was the patio, which overlooks the pool and made for a perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The location was also a huge plus—there’s a good taco joint right in the building! Walking distance to NRG. Super convenient and delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located stay. Would definitely come back.

Great spot near the beach! Perfect for our small family. Loved that we had access to beach chairs & beach toys. Pool area was awesome and it was nice to walk right out from the condo to the pool. Fun themed condo which was very clean and inviting. Great host! Thanks again!

Walking distance to the beach! Across the street are Seawall stairs. Everything was so clean and well stocked. The ac felt great after a long day swimming. Very responsive and helpful! Would love to come back!

We absolutely loved this place! The view was amazing! You can enjoy the lake views from sitting on the couch in the living room, as well as waking up to that beautiful view from the master bedroom. Then to be able to open the patio door & just step out right there on the lake WOW! My husband & daughter truly enjoyed fishing right there next to the condo. I enjoyed watching them from the living room. Their smiles everytime they caught a fish was priceless. The dog loved watching the ducks & loved being able to go outside right off of the living room patio. This is the perfect place to make unforgettable memories. Anna made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. She was amazing with her fast response to all our questions. Her hospitality was outstanding. The place was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back! If I could give her 100 stars, I would.

Very easy to find and in a great location for those of you that want a quieter beach but still close to everything.

Easy check in process at the condominium. Staff was helpful and courteous. Plenty of parking . Carts available for loading / unloading. Easy and safe access to the beach. Outside showers available for use prior to coming back in. The unit itself is wonderful. Shanna has the unit well decorated and not lacking for anything. Nice touch with the bottle of wine waiting to greet you. The view of the Gulf and the ships from the 9th floor is incredible. It was very relaxing to sit on the balcony while listening to the roaring surf. Shanna had a number of items available in the unit for use at the beach (some beach chairs, cabana for shade, beach wagon). The front desk has a phone number for a third party company if additional equipment is needed for the beach. We really enjoyed our stay @ Shanna's Sea Spot on Galveston Island. She is a great host.

This condo is perfect for a family beach trip! We enjoyed the amenities as well as the proximity to the beach and all Galveston has to offer.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here! The condo was cozy and perfectly placed to see the ocean and pool from the balcony. There were a lot of options on what to do in the area. They even provided a cooler and beach toys if needed. Great communication with the host as well.

Perfect spot for a quiet getaway with family or friends, with a direct view of the beach from two small balconies and a small, very clean pool in the complex. Unit has everything you need, including beach towels available for use. On the "first" floor (really the second), and high enough to have a good view of the ocean over the dunes. Older but very clean and well maintained complex with excellent customer service at the front desk. Owner was incredibly responsive to questions and communications. Went with my adult son with a disability who loved the safe, smaller size of the complex and the quieter atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house looks exactly like the photos, it was clean and spacious and the backyard was beautiful. Only con was Katy is HOT and the AC didn’t get extra cold like we were used to back home other than that i definitely would recommend anybody to book this house. We will be back in the future.

This was a great stay. The house was beautiful, pool was relaxing, and an amazing host. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Tons of space. We loved it!

The house is in the perfect location with easy access to restaurants by boat or car. The kids room and pretty much having the end of the marina to yourself is perfect for kids! Our kids were able to be in the lake without the worry of passing watercrafts. The host is more than accommodating and responds quick. We recommend this home and will be booking again ourselves!

We loved the house, amenities and quiet neighborhood. Spacious and clean! Phillip is welcoming and a very responsive host. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Wonderful Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Relaxing! Y’all, this place was super clean and very well organized. I don’t know what kind of laundry detergent they use, but it’s amazing — the sheets and towels were bright white and smelled so fresh. A few recommendations to make the stay even better: Provide more towels and a few extra blankets Add an iron and ironing board downstairs Consider upgrading the cookware and prep utensils The grill could use some attention — we weren’t able to use it during our stay That said, my family and I absolutely loved our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommend!

This house was absolutely beautiful! Loved the gym, was able to catch a quick pump before heading out for the day. The neighborhood was super quiet as well which was a plus. I highly recommend staying here!
