The place was very clean and was decorated nicely. The host provided detailed instructions, and the place looked exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at Tall Trees and it made for a great weekend getaway. There was lots to do nearby with Hickory Run, Lehigh Gorge and Jim Thorpe all just a short drive away. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we saw lots of wildlife during our stay. We’d definitely come back again!

Mel was an incredible host! There was four of us total. The house was super cute & comfy, the chef had great space to prepare dinner, my guest gave me major brownie points for this choice! Mel responded quickly and accommodated me to the fullest extent! She left nothing undone. I will definitely be visiting again for any of my Pocono trips!

It was a great place for a weekend guys trip. Kitchen had everything we needed and spent most of our time by the grill and the fire. Plenty of local breweries and restaurants within driving distance.

The location was beautiful with running creeks tastefully landscaped through woodlands. The sound of the babbling brooks was rejuvenating to my soul. If that weren’t enough , the house was thoughtfully designed and furnished with all the amenities we needed and then some. Thank you for the awesome rental experience!

Very peaceful and cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was so beautiful and well kept. The bed was soo comfortable and all of the blankets were so cozy. I fell asleep on the couch with the fire going and just felt so relaxed. We wished we could have stayed longer. We definitely plan to come back.

My husband and I came for a long weekend - this home was SPOTLESS and I'm anal about cleanliness. Everything was pristine and new, comfortable and super easy to get around. We fell in love with the hot tub! It was so wonderful!! In the morning, we drank our am hot drinks at the outside table and watched the deer practically come up to the table. We got to see a mama and her new baby too! The deer literally wander around with no fear so they get really close. Our visit was for the Jim Thorpe area and it wasn't far at all and a super easy drive. The Coal tour was really interesting. We had dinner at Dom N Ali which was DELICIOUS! So good in fact we went back twice - once for dinner and once for pizza at lunch and it was the best! The house itself really is charming and had everything you could possibly need and was super comfortable. The atmosphere and watching the wildlife was a great way to detox from the week. We absolutely would stay again & highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay! If you are looking to stay off the beaten trail and enjoy a quiet time away, this is the place for you! We enjoyed spending every night in the hot tub and relaxing with the TV. Even though it rained most of our trip, the house was well-stocked with games and music. We loved playing pool together at night! The little Nespresso coffee bar was amazing! Would definitely recommend bringing a four-wheel drive vehicle to get to the house, and ensure that you get there while it is still light outside (at least the first time). It was very easy to get to downtown Jim Thorpe to enjoy all it has to offer. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wants to visit Jim Thorpe or even just to have a quaint, intimate weekend getaway!

My husband and I were trying to getaway from the city, have some relaxing time for us with our dog and Vera’s and Alex place was just perfect! We had a great time, the house was clean and beautiful, my husband loved spending time making fire at the fireplace and then building the fire for the Hot tub that was gorgeous. Vera and Alex were answering our questions really quick so we didn’t have any issues! Looking forward to book this place again in the future! 😊

It was great to meet Jamal, he’s place was incredibly beautiful, everything was in its place and very tastefully arranged, it was extremely cozy and made you feel like you were at home, you can reach him within minutes for every need and he is extremely responsive, the location is great and we had a wonderful few days, thank you again. We will go back !!

Autumn’s place was amazing! We were a big group of 16 adults, 1 kid and a golden retriever. We felt right at home! Everyone had a bed to sleep on, things to do, and enjoy our time. The hot tub was on all the time - could fit 4 at a time but it was more than enough. The backyard space was filled with Adirondack chairs, string lights perfect for the space making it lit just enough, and a fire pit - an icing on the cake. The basement was full of beds and bedrooms! Kitchen was well stocked and finally the grand living room! 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

We had a wonderful stay! 5 families fit comfortably and were able to enjoy a great Memorial Day weekend. It was very clean and had everything we needed! The outdoor spaces were nice and the hot tub was a great addition! We would definitely return!

Beautiful private location with everything you could ask for to make a home away from home. The house has a very upscale feel from the soap to the blankets. We had multiple deer sightings right outside the window. It’s a perfect balance between feeling away from it all in nature but also comfortable.

Staying at Nela and Landi’s place was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Their communication was clear, timely, and always warm — they truly go above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home. I booked my stay hoping for a few days of rest and relaxation, and that's precisely what I experienced. The place is incredibly scenic and has all the amenities necessary for a comfortable and unwinding stay. The big projector screen was a fantastic bonus – we had a great time watching movies.
