Monica was an amazing host, was always responsive if I had any questions and answered them perfectly! She did an amazing job at describing check in, making it super easy! We were also greeted with delicious snack and treats, not something host usually do so I 10 out of 10 recommend Monica and this beautiful property!!

We stayed in a great luxury place everything was super comfortable. We really liked the location of the apartment. It was super convenient to be able to work in the shared lounge areas, swim in the pool and play some table tennis.

Had an incredible time! Daniel is extremely responsive and goes the extra mile to make sure my stay was perfect. He was very responsive and the airbnb was one of the cleanest place I ever stayed. It has everything you need + a pool. Very quiet and had a smooth stay. Internet is great and no issues for WFH. Great location with walkable streets and very friendly people. I will definitely recommend this place and would come back next time I am in Austin.

This is a fantastic studio apartment with open floor plan. Everything was clean, in good repair & working order. Our host was very responsive via Airbnb texts to clarify certain things for me. I’ll definitely keep this in mind for my future antiquing overnight trips in Austin & the surrounding areas. Thanks is so much for having units as your guests & making it feel so welcoming and comfortable.

I had a great 2 weeks in Amanda’s place. She is extremely easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Her place is exactly as described and very comfortable. The building is very new and right across from a coffee shop. There’s plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars in walking distance along with fitness centers available through class pass. One things to note - there is no table to work or eat at. Or chairs for the kitchen island. It was definitely fine by me because I work from a couch.

The original property I booked had a last minute cancelation due to a in unexpected water leak at the property. Host was quick and accommodated a new location immediately. Even though the second place was at a great location, it was a level lower than the original liisting. Host was understanding of the level of service and gave a good discount on the new property.

Darren was a great host, very proactive with communication and the house was fun and cozy. Would highly recommend.

The Airbnb was great. The kitchen had everything you need down to small things like a citrus press. The place was comfortable for six of us. The house is at the end of a quiet street and was in a nice location. I would stay here again.

Warm, confortable space with pleasant backyard and an open and cozy feel inside. Excellent coffee within walking distance past a historic graveyard. Next time in Austin we would look to stay at this home again. Centrally located made it easy to enjoy all that Austin has to offer.

Had an awesome stay in The Austin Texas House! The place was super clean and comfy, and the location was perfect!!! just a short walk to our favorite restaurant. I got to meet Chris and he was super friendly and welcoming, plus we got to meet his sweet dog Mika too! Really appreciated the hospitality. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

The house was just as described and very clean and comfortable. We would definitely book this place again when family visits Austin.

Matt was terrific to deal with - such quick responses. We were so appreciative to be able to bring our 3 small dogs. The house was well equipped and comfortable. There were parts of the house in need of updating but we loved the location and had a great weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. There are steps coming into the home and a step going into the hallway to 2 of the rooms and 1 bathroom. It is just something to note for those who may struggle with navigation. My Mom stayed in the master bedroom so she didn't have to do the hallway step. But, otherwise it was absolutely lovely. We enjoyed the Greenspace out back and the creek. We all loved the decor and we enjoyed the vangogh influence. We found comfort and beauty and with nature out backto be all so welcoming.

The place was just what we were looking for. The outdoor pool was such a lifesaver for the hot weather! Monica was super responsive to a couple questions we had and had amazing recommendations. We felt at home and would definitely stay there again. There were also so many cute, unique touches to the place that made it extra fun. Highly recommend.

Very nice and neat place. Everything was clean and such a nice spot for a getaway. Would definitely stay here again. Instructions were clear and he was a very good at communicating, nice host.

Renae is the most communicative host I’ve ever had. Such a comfortable place and really well located. Easy access to downtown, but calm environment and easy check in and out.

Everything was great from the rapid replies to the easy instructions. The only thing that bothered me was that the main bedroom restroom had some sort of splattered mess on the wall between the toilet and bath. Other than that, great place and great host.

Modern, stylish, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our long weekend away. Close to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc. We did not take the opportunity to cook, but the kitchen was very well stocked with cookwear and anything you might need. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing host and great location on south congress. (Soco) you feel in the center of everything but there are neighborhoods close by which allow you to feel like a regular resident of the city of Austin. Easy access to down town.
