I loved my time at this location! The host Jefferey, was Polite, Friendly, and very accommodating! I spent a total of 8 weeks here. The residence was super clean, spacious and had everything I needed for my extended stay. The kitchen had ample utensils, pots, pans, and everything in between! If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, serene place to stay. I would highly recommend Jefferey and this property!!!

This place is like a NYC loft in the Catskills!! Such amazing light and views. We literally laid in bed and watched bald eagles flying over the Delaware River. Breathtaking. The proximity to amazing restaurants, bars, shops, gym and more was fantastic. You can literally walk to all! And then there's Joan, the owner. She is one-of-a-kind. So communicative, available and responsive. There was nothing that we needed, which she didn't already think about ahead of time or provide when we asked. I highly recommend staying here -- for a weekend, a week or an extended period as we did.

Great lake view and very peaceful surroundings. The place was as described and overall a nice stay. Slightly awkward that the bathroom didn’t have a ceiling, but not a big deal. Also saw an otter swimming in the lake!

Nice cozy place to stay at with a couple of friends who were visiting. Right on the lake with the pool in the backyard.

Had a fantastic time with my boyfriend at Elwira's place! We had to cut our trip short but the time we did spend there was awesome. Elwira was very friendly and it was the perfect location, close to all our favorite spots.

Very good place, safe, easily accessible. Parking was a plus and so easy to get to. Josiah was very attentive and super accessible by text. Offered tons of suggestions. This location is right on the main street where all of the bars are and it could not have been in a better spot for me and my boyfriend on our weekend trip.

Host was very responsive and proactive. We experienced a brief loss of power and they reached out immediately to check in and make sure our stay was not aversely affected. Nice tranquil setting on a dead end road with very little vehicle traffic.

Johns place was perfect for a little getaway. Our dog loved it as much as we did. We walked around the lake with stunning views (especially around fall season) and the fireplace is great for doing s’mores at night. Dasha was absolutely amazing, friendly and always reachable if anything.

From the moment I arrived, I felt a deep sense of peace—it’s incredibly tranquil, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, with a running stream just steps from the front door. The home itself strikes the perfect balance between rustic charm and modern comfort. Inside, the decor is thoughtful and unique: a nostalgic mix of vintage childhood sports photos, striking modern art, and beautiful antiques. It all blends together to create a space that feels both stylish and deeply personal. The fireplace is a centerpiece—warm, inviting, and stocked with enough firewood to last all summer. This isn’t just a house—it’s a welcoming home. You can feel the care and intention behind every detail. Located just 15 minutes from Bethel Woods, it’s the ideal escape from NYC. I can’t wait to return.

Ray’s place was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we booked, he was warm, responsive, and full of amazing local suggestions that really shaped our weekend — including tips on Narrowsburg favorites like The Heron and nearby shops. The house itself is tucked away in a peaceful spot that felt like a true escape. We spent a lot of time relaxing there, made a campfire one night, and really soaked in the scene. It felt private, cozy, and beautifully curated — with thoughtful amenities throughout. We were in town for the Dave Matthews Band show at Bethel Woods (just 20ish mins away), and this spot couldn’t have been more convenient. We also loved how close it was to town for groceries and brunch, and the climate control in the house was excellent — something we definitely appreciated throughout the stay. We will definitely return — highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful Catskills getaway. Thanks again, Ray!

What a beautiful property & home. We spent many hours walking the stream and sitting on the deck enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Also stopped by the Cochecton Pump House which opened for the season while we were visiting. Cool venue. Such a relaxing time! Would love to come back!

We had an amazing time with the family at Teresa’s beautiful location. The kids had an amazing time in the home and we were all able to enjoy a wonderful weekend. Teresa was absolutely accomadating and helpful with anything asked. She was quick to answer and helped with any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone with a big family. Danielle was a wonderful host, very fast with responses and made us feel very welcome in her lovely home. The house is very spacious, and beautiful and was very accommodating to our group. The house comes with a paddle boat and kayak and we had lots of fun taking them out to the pond in the backyard. We really loved our stay and would love to come back and stay here again!

We had a great stay. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, it was still a great trip. The lakeside is beautiful and the cabin was perfect for 5 people and one dog.

I stay away from my family for work most of the year, which is not fun. It was very nice to have a place like this to stay at well recommended very relaxing very enjoyable.

My family and I rented Jonathan's place as a long-term rental during ski season. We wanted to be close to Big Boulder given our involvement in the race program and the place could not have been more conveniently located (it was also great being able to walk to Boulder View Tavern for apres ski!). The unit was just like it was described, and Jonathan was always incredibly responsive if we ever needed anything. This place became our "home away from home" for ski season and we were truly sad to pack up on our last day. Highly recommend both this unit and Jonathan (I believe he has other properties) to anyone considering a stay in the Poconos. Fantastic experience and absolutely wonderful host!!

Communication was excellent, place was clean, well stocked with everything we needed for a short stay. The lake was pretty, the weather was a tad chilly but view of lake was really nice!

Me and my friends stayed in this property to celebrate bachelorette. The property is at perfect location and it was such a peaceful place to stay. I’d recommend this place for peaceful vacation.

We had the best time, and this was the absolute perfect spot! Clean, comfortable, perfect location with beautiful views and easy access to the pools and hot tub! Amy was incredibly responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommend and would visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and perfectly located condo with a beautiful lake view. It was very roomy with plenty of space for all guests. Joanne was an excellent communicator, proactively providing all of the information we needed for a smooth checkin and seamless experience.
