Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lake Arenal

We could not recommend this place more highly. Rebeca was always very helpful and responsive. Also, we are so grateful for her assistance in mailing some forgotten items to our next location. As for the apartment and location couldn't have been more pleased. Apartment was very nice, cute, clean, and well equipped. The location is perfect, right in town. Walking distance to everything. We had an amazing time in La Fortuna. If the next half of our trip is half as fun we couldn't ask for more!

Andrea's place is great. Easy to get to, with good security, and with all the elements you need to have an excellent stay. A separate note for Andrea. He was a really great host. Always a step forward. Surely the best host since we used Airbnb. Absolutely recommended. Thank you very much and I hope we can come back.

This studio with private jacuzzi was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful location with perfect view of Arenal and close to La Fortuna and many other fun activities in the area. Initially tough to recognize the entrance road across from the main hotel but rooms are easy to access. Javier was extremely helpful and responsive when new guests were loud upon arrival on our last night. Wouldnt hesitate to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fresia's place. It was a treat having actual hot water in the kitchen sink and the shower, something that we'd realized was not always the case in Costa Rica. It was a bit of a challenge to find which specific villa we were in, and how to get in once we arrived, but part of that challenge was that I hadn't read the check-in instructions I'd received until I got there, and they basically said "Reach out to your host for check in instructions". But Fre responded to my messages, told me which specific villa it was, and sent someone to help us access the villa. Fresia's assistant/property person, Anna, was extremely helpful with issues and local info/recommendations. The place is very nice; gas stove (had to go outside to turn the propane tank on initially), big fridge, comfy beds, nice sheets and towels, lovely tile floor, very spacious, lots of good stuff about the place. Very peaceful location. I would stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The balcony is the true highlight—perfect for watching wildlife. We spotted 54 bird species on the property, including the charismatic Three-wattled Bellbird, watched a troop of nine monkeys, and even saw a compost-diving coati—all from the comfort of the balcony. The hosts were fantastic at communicating, and the lodging was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. All the amenities and equipment worked perfectly, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals for a week. There’s also a small grocery and bakery conveniently located across the street. The location is excellent—within a 10-minute walk you’ll find Curi Cancha Reserve, Bajo del Tigre, the Monteverde Waterfall, and the Crandall Reserve, which is accessible directly from the property. There is some occasional road noise from motorcycles and milk trucks, but the incredible wildlife and comfort more than make up for it. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a front-row seat

Nice and modern apartment, located in a very beautiful section of the valley with great views of Lake Arenal. Tanyia and Rod were also very friendly and provided us with a list of local attractions.

I would definitely recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again , the host was so friendly and accommodating and the house was extremely beautiful , clean and comfortable.

We had an amazing stay here! The location was easy to find and not too far from the airport. There were definitely lots of local stores and restaurants to visit near by. We recommend Resturante Ross! The views especially early morning were amazing overall we have no complaints. Our favorite part was visiting the farm animals! Oscar was so nice and welcoming.

Gorgeous oasis!! This spot was private and beautiful, but a short car ride (10 minutes) to restaraunts/stores/bars and other attractions. You are nestled between mountains engulfed in nature, and wake up to pure peaceful bliss. There are beautiful trails on the property which we walked and enjoyed seeing the horses from the neighboring farm. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and bird watching, and we're lucky enough to see multiple toucans! This spot will stay with us forever, it is so special. Laundry was a huge plus as well after days spent outdoors!

Just as pictured and Nancy was a very accommodating, communicative, and well-connected host. A great stay all around.

Jose, his family and friends were more than welcoming to us from the moment we came to the Airbnb! Quick responses and always there to lend us a hand or guide us to anything we may need! Amazing food at a local restaurant, horseback riding on his land with lots of things to see and learn about! His pool at the Airbnb was absolutely amazing! We loved getting to meet his family members and socializing with them! I would highly recommend this Airbnb to everyone in near the La Fortuna area!!! Ps wait until you see his 2nd one they are building right now!! Thank you soo very much! We loved everyone moment at your home!

We had an amazing stay! The house is close to town but quiet at night. Beautifully organized and we had everything we needed. Very relaxing.

We have stayed at Casa Isabelita multiple times. It is always so peaceful. We hope to stay again.

Cristian was amazing! He was very accommodating and helpful. He offered to do our laundry and even kept our bags a little longer, to allow us to do a morning excursion. It's a great place for 2 people.

Found our stay at the apartment comfortable and enjoyable. The place was spotlessly clean. The bedrooms were spacious and the mattresses comfortable as were the sofas in the living space. It was an ideal location for our base for the week, close to town and restaurants, but also perfect as a sanctuary from some spectacular rain and thunderstorms that would roll in. We never really used the kitchen for cooking but it had all the amenities. The shower had good water pressure and hot water if needed. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions. If we needed it, fresh towels and sheets were available as was a tidy and clean of the garbage and bathroom from the helpful lady who worked there. We stayed for just over a week and would happily return and recommend to others.

It is a very nice condominium and fits a family of 5 to 6 people very well equipped and all functional. Very comfortable beds and each room with its own bathroom. We will definitely be back at any time. Thank you for your hospitality.

Room with a balcony overlooking the mountains and the Nivoya peninsula in the distance, breathtaking! The balcony and bedroom are spacious and well maintained! The beds are cozy! The common room, well equipped, is welcoming and a harmonious and spiritual atmosphere is present! High-end, well-maintained hot pool and bath! In monteverde, the hot bath was served, against all expectations one evening at 15 degree Celcius!
