Holiday rentals with a kayak in Lake Arenal

Daniel was very kind and responded immediately. His house is as he described it, surrounded by green areas, a clean pool, a large and new terrace, and an outdoor shower. The property is in a private and very safe area. The house is spacious and comfortable, a large and well-equipped kitchen. What we liked most was the privacy and calm, a lot of peace and a sunset watching the Arenal volcano. We had a lot of fun at the lake, which was very safe and beautiful. We swam, used the kayak, and took some great photos. We also had fun fishing in the lake. We went to a restaurant 15 minutes away and the food was delicious, two supermarkets 10 minutes away, as well as a pharmacy. One more surprise, the howler monkeys surprised us in the afternoons. We also saw cows, horses and a sloth that visited us in the morning. You will enjoy this place. We loved it!

Beautiful house, private environment and many activities to do

Beautiful place in a beautiful location! This place was better than the description. Adrian and Isaac were great! Would definitely stay again!

The house was very nice and clean, you have a wonderful view of the lake and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. It was one of the nicest accommodations I have stayed in in Costa Rica I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Keylor’s villa! The boys loved the slide and there was plenty of room outside to hang out. There is a small grocery store a 2 minute drive and a few casual restaurants around where you can grab a quick bite to eat. There is not much room to hang out inside as the couch seats 3 people, so plan to spend most of your time outside (which is better anyways with the views from the rooftop deck and views of mountains!). Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and kitchen had ample supplies for cooking and grilling. Staff were responsive and friendly when we requested things to be brought!

Keylor place is great, the house has enough space for the big family or group, surround with nature private and safe. the host always responsive and fix any issue during our stay.

My family and I (4 adults) stayed at this wonderful house for 11 nights. Great location, so peaceful, clean and super friendly people. The pictures were exactly as described. We ate a few times at the local restaurant, Lara's. The food was great and affordable and the staff were really friendly. La Fortuna waterfalls and Arenal volcano were within a 30 min drive. We really enjoyed our daily visits from a white and black dog which we nicknamed Princess . We really enjoyed our stay and would return. We love Costa Rica!!

This place is a paradise! It was the perfect home base to explore the La Fortuna area. The beautiful gardens are full of wildlife to enjoy, and the hot tub was a perfect place to relax at the end of the day. Jonathan was quick to respond and the place was spotless when we arrived. We can't wait to return!

This stay and the views were unreal! The our door area / view is priceless. House was very clean, and no complaints at all. Check in was easy. The only things I would point out is WiFi can be spotty at times (as expected, just a heads up for anyone who may need 24/7 access to it), and keep in mind it is about 30 minutes out from downtown La Fortuna which was no problem to us as we had a car to drive ourselves. Those are not cons though, only heads ups! There is no where else I would have rather stayed during our trip and our expectations were beyond exceeded! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to travel to La Fortuna!

Margaret's place was above and beyond beautiful inside and out. It was so serene and peaceful. A bowl of fresh fruit welcomed us on our arrival and was a lovely touch. The view from the master bedroom was incredible! We spent our mornings on the porch drinking coffee and listening/watching the birds. Margaret was quick to respond to our questions. We took a hike down to Lake Cote which was just around the corner. The location is perfect only being 15 min from town but beautifully secluded. The grounds are so lush and beautiful. We will definitely return and would encourage anyone to stay at Margaret's place!
