Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lake Anna

Love Andrews place! If anything I'm hesitant to cross pollinate only since we'll always want to come back every year and want it all to ourselves! Planning to extend our stay next year! Good times all weekend on the lake and off. Incredible space for outdoor activities and the most comfortable house at that. Thanks for everything!

This was our 4th year renting this house for a week of fishing. My friends and I enjoy the location and easy access to the water. House is always clean and our hosts, Andrew and Chad are very responsive and helpful with any questions we may have.

I would definitely stay here again in the warmer months. The house was beautiful and the views were unmatched. We were a party of 10 and there was still so much more space and empty rooms. We went for a morning hike and played volleyball, walked to the lake, etc. This was extremely responsive! He is a great host

My friends and I had the best time staying here! The lake was so peaceful and we enjoyed going out onto the water and hanging out around the house. It had everything we could need and David was very responsive and helpful. We’d love to come back in the future.

This was An amazing home for my brothers and father and I. We loved the amenities and will likely go back next year. Very fairly priced with lots of attention to details with out being too particular. Thanks to Lynn and rich!!

As a group of 12 ( adults + kids) the place was perfect for us. We absolutely enjoyed our time at this beautiful home especially the backyard views with the lake were very peaceful.

We had such a great vacation in Lake Anna. This was the perfect spot; nestled in a cove surrounded by mature trees with a breathtaking view out over the lake. What a beautiful area. Every day we seen deer and bunnies:) Wrap around decks. The layout of this house is amazing for a family- so many cozy spots and comfy lounge furniture. The kitchen is incredible. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The house was even decorated with a Christmas tree for us:) Beth was super nice and very responsive with any questions we had. We can't wait to go back.

Scott's place is nestled at the end of a quiet cove and offers a beautiful view of the lake, along with easy access. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, which was comfortable, clean, nicely constructed and decorated and had a kitchen that allowed us to cook some great meals! The firepit was perfect for sitting by the lake and watching the sun go down. Scott was easy to reach, personable and always responsive. We can't think of a thing we would want to change!

I would recommend this Airbnb. It was decorated beautifully, very clean, and had an extremely comfortable bed. It was in a great location with many restaurants within walking distance.

Very secluded location. Beautiful outside sitting area that backs to the trees. 2 bedrooms that are on opposite sides of the apartment that allows privacy for both rooms. Full kitchen area and TV in sitting area

This was the nicest Airbnb I've rented in YEARS. It is very well-appointed and maintained, with everything we needed to have a wonderful weekend. It is nestled away in the bottom floor of a beautiful house, but you very much feel like you're all on your own. Separate entrance, plenty of parking space. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and woodsy. The hosts were very responsive and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. It was a little over ten minutes to drive to the convention center, so very convenient! Just be aware that the room with one twin bed is inside of the master bedroom- a repurposed dressing room. So whoever stays in there will have to walk through another bedroom to get to their bed. It wasn't a problem for us, but I thought it would be helpful to mention it for those looking for fully private spaces for all guests. I would 100% stay again the next time I'm in Fredericksburg. Accommodations are definitely worth the cost. Apt is clean with many amenities. Great location for getting around Culpeper Co. Restaurants and supplies are close by. You’ll find this space much more like home than staying in a motel. Host is very responsive and helped with practical needs.

Okay, here's that review: "Wow, what a place! We just got back from a weekend getaway in Culpeper, Virginia, and I have to say, the room was just outstanding. The terrace was amazing, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink. The room itself? Furnished to perfection! They really thought of everything, all the amenities you could ask for. And the towels? Plush, like you wouldn't believe. We will definitely be back. I also want to give a shout-out to our host, Joy. She was so responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Really went above and beyond. If you're looking for a place to stay in Culpeper, this is it!"

I stayed with Barbara for 3 months and it was great. The place was sparkling, close to town, and Barabara knew of tons of things to do. I would highly recommend.

The water pressure was the best I’ve had at any place besides my own home. And I love good water pressure! The place fit our needs well. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet, but also had easy access to a major road with all sorts of stores and restaurants. The only down side I can think of was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend it!
