We did a girls’ weekend here and had an amazing time. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. There were lots of spaces to hang out and relax. Our favorite spot was the beach area. This place was a gem.

Lots of beds/bedrooms for our group of 7. The house had everything you could need, including lots of fluffy hotel-quality towels and washcloths, every kind of kitchen necessity, enough toilet paper/paper towels, etc.( Not all houses are as generously supplied.) Other than getting food, we could have stayed for two weeks without having to leave the house!

We had an amazing time staying at Oleg’s place. Everything was clean, organized, and fully functional. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals. The property also had fantastic amenities including a sauna and a cold plunge, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It turned into a fun bonding experience with my eight year old, who managed to do two full sauna cold plunge rounds and even stayed in the cold plunge for three minutes! Beds, linens, and bathrooms were spotless, and the home looked just like the photos. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

Very very comfortable beds, my dad said it was best nights sleep he’s had in a long time. The house was very clean and the host was incredibly responsive (replied within less than 1 minute). The house had lots of room for our group of 7 people, with a nice big fenced yard, lovely deck and a fire pit. We enjoyed making s’mores. Outside Adirondack chairs were super comfy. The house had a giant tv in living room perfect for gaming and streaming shows (host provided access to multiple streaming services, which was awesome), plus there were big tvs in all the bedrooms. House layout gave a lot of flexibility for our group, and had a great home office for working remotely (excellent internet connection). We felt it was good value for the money. Host provided a lovely welcome basket, instructions and local recommendations. We appreciated use of the laundry room. Glad we made the decision to stay here, it worked very well for our group of seven adults! Would highly recommend.

2nd stay in the past 2 months. Awesome location overlooking/bordering Lake Anna. Perfect spot for a couple or solo traveler looking for a quiet and peaceful get-away. Close enough to restaurants and things to do. Awesome dinner at Obrigado in Louisa. Great staff and food!!! Spent a day at Prince Michel winery in Culpepper (40 minute easy drive) which I would highly recommend. I am sure I will be back to stay with Amy in the future!!!

Very clean property. All utilities are new. Everything is in great shape. The house feels cozy for a family of 6. The kayaks, canoe, and a sup- are all in great shape. Host was very responsive. Great experience even in the fall season.
