We loved our 2+week stay at Casa Marisa. The apartment is well-maintained and has everything one might need including a good kitchen and two excellent contemporary en suite shower rooms. It's stylishly furnished and colourful with comfortable seating on the large terrace. We particularly liked that all rooms had doors to the terrace. It's conveniently situated for shopping, restaurants and cafés plus the beach is less than 5 minutes walk away, as is the station. Grazie, Margherita, for a great stay in beautiful Alassio.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

A very nice apartment, which is also well suited for families. High-quality and clean, everything you need in everyday life is included. The balcony shower is the best, it is much more pleasant to use after a beach day than the indoor shower. The air conditioning makes the hot summer super bearable. Very good location both to the beach and to shopping. Many boutiques nearby. The beach is also quickly accessible. We will be happy to come back.

We had a pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment. Very well located next to the train station (to go to Monaco or Ventimiglia in 10 minutes). quite close to the city center and the beautiful promenade of Menton. We would recommend this listing.

Top accommodation + great hostess Must Dos: - Everything was very clean, so you feel very comfortable. - The apartment is located directly (50m walk) by the sea (private beach + nice café). - Communication with Isabella was simple, clear and friendly. Another thing: - The apartment looks a bit small at first glance, but due to the organization you have everything (we were there with our baby and the apartment was sufficient for a few days of vacation). We would book the apartment again for a new Sanremo trip.

Very pleasant 4-day stay because the accommodation perfectly matched the description and the host's explanations were perfectly clear. If we had not had family constraints, we would have liked to stay three or four days longer, as we were so happy and enthusiastic. Address to keep if we return to Menton.

Comfortable apartment near Menton Garavan train station. Perfect for traveling by train to the Côte d'Azur (Monaco, Nice, etc.). Beautiful view of the port and the sea. A few minutes' walk from the old town of Menton and its magnificent promenade by the sea. We stayed there during the Monaco Grand Prix. Friendly welcome from Fabian. Everything was impeccable and very clean. We'll be back.

Wonderful apartment. Exactly as advertised with great location, close to shops and beautiful beaches, walks and trains (we did not drive so relied on trains). Marco was a wonderful host. We had an issue with the shower on the first day and contacted Marco and although it was a Sunday he was responded almost immediately and fixed the issue.

The place was nicer in real life than in pictures! Would recommend this apartment, nice and practical balcony. The only downside was that there is a bar below that is open until 03 like every day. 5/5 ⭐️

It was perfect place to stay for our family to have a bike and beach trip. The sandy beach is just across the street and bike rental is possible nearby if the post is open for the season. Wonderful beachside restaurants and sunset aperitivo. Thanks, Gianluca!

A dream, right by the sea and in the middle of the old town. You can't get it better. Everything is in the immediate vicinity: boutiques, restaurants, beach, etc. We were very happy with this apartment. Giovanni prepared everything well and courteously, from olive oil to shampoo. We were also able to move in much earlier because the apartment was already prepared, which we were happy about, as we had driven all night. Unfortunately, at this time, large machines on the beach directly in front of the house were in full action to distribute tons of sand, as the sea had shrunk the beach over the winter, Giovanni also knew this only a few days before we arrived and informed us. Giovanni is very flexible and so we found a solution. We'd love to come back, because we've never had such a good location! Thank you Giovanni

We booked this place one day in advance and the place and location exceeded our expectations. Magnificent view, good location - 10 minutes to the beach and to the restaurants. The whole apartment was spotless and very good equipped. Highly recommend.
