We had a good stay in Steph’s place. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The house has good furnishing and is well maintained. It was very convenient for us also since it is located close to UP Los Banos in a quiet compound and has a free parking space.

It is a cute and cozy townhouse with the added bonus of a small garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. It was very clean, and the sleeping room was absolutely great! Overall, it is nicely furnished. As a digital nomad, I could work comfortably there. Good space for parking is also included. Everyone was very friendly, especially the caretaker, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. The neighborhood in general had a very friendly vibe. At the end of the small sidestreet, there’s a fantastic Thai restaurant, as well as a Korean and Japanese restaurant beside. A Jollibee is also just around the corner. Smaller shops for fresh fruits and vegetables are close by, while the larger malls are a bit away but still manageable. I absolutely loved the place and could easily extend my stay. I can recommended!

The place is perfect for big family stays! It offers great amenities and a beautiful, peaceful environment. The owner is very attentive and proactive with helpful suggestions, making the experience even better. We had no issues throughout our entire stay — everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

My mom and sister checked in here as it was the closest accommodation we can find near their training venue. Everything was good and Ms. Allona was really nice and accommodating. It was just difficult to get public transpo from outside (Hacienda Sta. Elena) going to the house. Otherwise, still good value for money.

Roderick's house is perfect for a family's stay, its spacious, has an amazing TV in the living room so you can enjoy movies with your kids. Roderick is also a great host with quick and clear communication.

This is probably the best place you can stay in Elbi for any number of nights. It’s really close to the campus (FO Santos St. is <5 minutes away from UPLB main gate). The guesthouse is very clean, spacious, and 100% peaceful ambiance to top it all off Thanks to Ms. Steph and Sir Mike for accommodating us!

Sir Normand was a wonderful host, he catered all our needs with swift action. He’s hospitable and friendly, just what a host should be. As for the place, it’s beautiful! Very spacious bedroom, clean and complete kitchen. The best part is the automatic laundry machine so you’ll never worry about dirty clothes. You’ll definitely feel at home! Thank you sir Normand. Beautiful modern townhome on main thouroghfare. Best greeting ever for guests with fresh bread and fruits and personalized signage on the table. got used to the neighbors dog barking every morning and the traffic wasn't that noticeable at night. Private shared parking behind automatic gate was nice, super close to nightlife in poblacion.

Great Airbnb place for the whole family! Lots of space and room to accommodate everyone! Would recommend this place for those looking in the Pasay Area. I just wished the parking was alot closer to the check-in, but overall a very great place to stay!

Good location especially after spending your day at Enchanted Kingdom where you wanted to rest asap! haha! You can also see the fireworks from her place. Aileen is very responsive and helpful with our concerns. We didn't have a hard time communicating. :)

Was a bit unsure at first since there weren’t many reviews, but the host was super helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. The place ended up being way better than we expected! Super clean, easy check-in, and close to stores which was really convenient. Wi-Fi did drop out sometimes, but if you're just chilling with friends or family, it’s not a big deal. Overall, loved the stay!

Ms. Angelica is very hospitable. She assisted us the whole stay. Everything we need is of reach because she has her own store. Thank you for the nice gestures we appreciated our alone time during our stay.

Nini's place had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The place itself was homey and was in a quiet community. We had no isssues during our 4D3N stay. Only catch may be the roadside parking (if you are bringing a car) as you will have to adjust to the neighborhood needs. Nini was also very responsive to our inquiries and gracious to our requests. Very good communication.
