Matt and his maid Grace are wonderful hosts. Grace is so polite, kind, hard-working and easy to communicate with. She made me an amazing breakfast. Their space is also wonderful. It’s good access to all main places worth visiting in Manila. The luxurious condo was very clean and tidy. It is absolutely safe. Amazing swimming pool on 36 floor. I really recommend this place for all tourists and business travellers. Thank you for wonderful time.

Efficient and clean space, with flexible dining options whether in the room or at the common pantry. Even more lovely is having lots of windows to wake up basking in natural light. Really grateful! I'll definitely come back or recommend this lovely space to family & friends.

Charles’ unit was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a 10-day stay with a small family. It was comfortable, peaceful, and had everything we needed. The balcony offered a lovely view, and it was a unique treat to wake up to the sound of birds—something rare in city life. Charles was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The entire process was smooth, and he went out of his way to make things easier for us, especially knowing I had kids with me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his place to friends, and I’d gladly return—schedule and Charles permitting! Thanks to Charles, our trip felt less like a vacation rental and more like a home away from home. We’re truly grateful!

responsive host, great and relaxing stay

The Airbnb is great value for the price—affordable and functional, with all the equipment you need for a comfortable stay. The only downside is the WiFi connection, which is quite slow. I had to use my personal data to work remotely. It would be fantastic if the host could invest in a stronger, Ethernet-based WiFi connection, even if it means a slight increase in the rate to cover the cost. I’m sure it would be worth it for a seamless work-from-home experience. Ms. Dolly is very responsive and promptly addressed all my questions. The place offers an incredible view of the city lights, with a cozy, relaxing ambiance inside. I’d definitely return if I have the chance!

Place was homey, equipped with fast wifi, water pressure was great. Host was kind and friendly! Highly recommended!

Angela was great, helpful, and responsive when needed. Angela was very proactive and pleasant to interact with. Pre checkin could have been explained better as the location has strict security. Communication between the facility, guardhouse, etc could have been presented prior to check in for a smoother entry and check in process. There was an unknown 5000 peso security deposit needed for extra electricity that could have been indicated in the description. Although we didn’t need to use it and it was returned promptly it was an unforeseen initial expense. Overall we loved the place and location close to the SM mall and airport. Available transportation was close and readily available.
