Our stay was enjoyable and met expectations. Cleanliness: The unit is spotless. No issue with the maintenance. Amenities: Complete - Fast WIFI no interruptions, kitchenwares are complete and easy to use. Location & Accessibility: The location is convenient for transportation and neighborhood vibe. Interaction: The host is responsive and accommodating, so is the care taker of the unit. The price was fair for what we received. Improvements: Dining chairs needs replacement, not durable. We enjoyed our overall stay.

I loove the place!! Super appreciate the little details such as games, candle, YL diffuser, slippers, vanity kit, hand soaps. The overall look of the place is very cozy and homey. Will surely reco and would like to go back for sure!♥️

We loved the thoughtful touches, like the stuff for my infant. The stay was comfortable. Multiple 7/11 around the area, Watson across the street. Forbes Town is 2 min walk. Bonifacio stop over is like 2min away as well. St Lukes is 5-7 min walk. Pretty much a great place, near everything you need for your stay. Thank you, Ms. Lariza! This would definitely be my go-to place shall I need a stay in Nuvali area again. Everything's complete -- towels, toiletries, even kitchen condiments and all. I requested for an earlier check-in and I'm glad she allowed me to do so ++ I forgot my charger after check out but she was kind enough to accommodate me and make sure I got it back. Thank you! Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

Perfect place within walking distance of NAIA Terminal 3 (about 15min) in Pasay City. Lots of amenities nearby with more local community fan and fare close by as well, which was really cool! Giselle was wonderful, responsive, helpful and very accommodating, highly recommend :)

Our recent stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! We commend the host, Miss. Baudains, for promptly responding to our queries before we checked in. We didn’t expect much from the photos as some listings don’t live up to their promises. So, we decided to check it out for ourselves, and boy, were we surprised! The place is enormous and incredibly charming. From the moment we arrived, the staff, Kuya Bhoy greeted us warmly, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The rooms were impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and offered stunning views that made us feel like we were miles away from home despite the place being just about 1 to 2 hours from the metro (depending on the traffic) The amenities were top-notch from the pool where we spent so much time of our stay. The attention to detail and the overall ambiance of this place are truly impressive. The high ceiling of the living/lounge area exudes a posh vibe. With every corner providing a comfortable relaxation spot.

Check-in and check-out were super smooth, and the room was really clean. I believe this place has a great view when the building lights are on. I’ll definitely come back during the season when the lights are on.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

Very good owner, easy to reach

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

I booked this place for my sisters and their families during my wedding at Madre De Dios Chapel, and they had nothing but great things to say! The house is spacious, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the amenities were perfect for the little ones. Marvin, the host, was excellent at communicating and provided very detailed instructions, which made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The drive from the entrance to the house felt like being transported to another country—truly a beautiful experience. The caretaker was also incredibly helpful throughout the stay, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. If you can, definitely get a guest card to make the most of the amenities at the golf club! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this unit for families and groups of friends. Thank you, Marvin! We’re already looking forward to coming back.
