Townhome holiday rentals in Calabarzon

It was a pleasant stay. Nice place and plenty of room inside the rental. The caretaker is also very nice and extremely responsive like the owner. The only downside that I can think of is the "spotty" wifi signal in the 2nd floor.

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

Great place for a chill family staycation — a big house with a nice lay-out and spacious, well-stocked rooms in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the extras too, such as ample purified drinking water in a dispenser, a lot of kitchen towels, and an offer of laundry service. Appreciated the assistance from the friendly caretaker too :)

Lyn is a great host with a wonderful location in Pontefino residences. The area is centrally located but private with entry gates, so you feel safe and secure at every time. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and the playground just 30 meters away. The streets aren’t busy so you can just walk on the streets. The houses with its colourful paintings are super nice. With just a short walk or drive you are at SM Mall with lots of shopping and dinner 800 meters). A special thanks goes to Joan to administer everything, support and taking care of everything and helped us a lot at anytime. We definitely recommend this place for a stay in Batangas and would book again.

Everything was fine at this location although it did take a while to cool the upstairs. They graciously provided me with 24 bottles of water in the refrigerator before arriving.

I’m trying to find a complementary word better than amazing . The place is so close to walking st and so quiet . All aircon works well 3 off them . Tv and internet seamless . Can’t finish the review without complementing the host . Just a nice person will to help. He gave me a late check out without a fuss (subjected to next booking ) . Please note has stairs that lead to bed rooms (I just had to take it easy after my turps ) Easy access and secure big gate leading to the residency.

The home is spacious and comfortable, very easy to find and the area is quiet. Kitchen is complete and made it easy for us to cook our food. Feels very homey.

Our stay at Disa’s place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Disa was an amazing host, always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. Almost everything was great except water on the shower was very slow. Also parking was an issue especially when it rained.

This was my second time staying at this wonderful townhouse Airbnb, and once again, my family and I had a fantastic experience. We've come to really appreciate the layout and amenities of this property. The open-concept living area is perfect for our family to gather and spend quality time together. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, allowing us to easily prepare meals at home. And the bedrooms provide ample privacy and comfort for everyone to get a good night's sleep. One of the best things about this townhouse is the convenient location. It's situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood, but still just a short drive away from all the restaurants, shops, and attractions we like to visit.

Im glad to have found Ellen’s place in Lucena City. I will not think twice to book it again when I come back for a long stay. Good location as it is near SM mall - where you can buy groceries and eat in restaurants. The kitchen was filled with the basic stuff (mineral water, milk, fruits & frozen food in the fridge, and even at least 5kgs of rice!). These, and gallons of purified water, as well as the toiletries were refilled every week, or upon request. No extra charge for the consumption! There was weekly cleaning too. The caretaker Ms Aiza (Ellen’s niece) is easy to contact and very accommodating with our requests, especially that I brought my baby during the trip. They provided us with baby tub, bottle cleaners, extra lamps and chairs. Ms Aiza was also generous to drive and drop me off daily to the city center. They also provided a water cooler in the living room so that we can be more comfortable. Happy with our stay, felt at home. The hosts were very empathetic with guests.

It was really good stay. Hustle free and the owner is really accomodating shes one call ahead if you need anything plus shes really nice. I highly reccommend this place! Thankyou a lot 🫶🫶🫶❤️

Sir Normand was a wonderful host, he catered all our needs with swift action. He’s hospitable and friendly, just what a host should be. As for the place, it’s beautiful! Very spacious bedroom, clean and complete kitchen. The best part is the automatic laundry machine so you’ll never worry about dirty clothes. You’ll definitely feel at home! Thank you sir Normand. Super clean accommodation that's nearby restaurants. Very quiet location and accessible from Enchanted Kingdom. Ms. Aileen was very responsive and flexible. She provided clear instructions. The whole check-in and checkout experience were easy and self-service.

We're composed of 3 couples that attended a wedding at Tagaytay Highlands. If you're looking for a place to stay near the said venue and will be booking as a group also then we highly recommend Ms. Cha's place! We requested to have access to all 3 rooms and Ms. Cha graciously approved our request. Listing is accurate, environment is peaceful, and there's also enough parking space to accommodate 2-3 cars. We requested in advance the towels but kindly bring your own toiletries because these will not be provided. Too bad we had to leave the next day after the wedding but my friends were able to try their videoke. The boys enjoyed lounging by the big couch din as they played their mobile games. We hope to be back next time for a proper staycation so we can enjoy more the other activities available within the place. The place was very accessible if you hail tricycles from SM City Lipa terminal. Heater works well. Wifi is very fast. Complete kitchen amenities. Was able to enjoy watching netflix during my stay. Ms. Kath, the cohost, was very responsive to my questions. Lots of stores inside the subdivision. Will definitely book again!!! 😊

Coleens place is nice, close to everything you need, a few walk to restaurants, pharmacy and laundromat. We enjoyed our stay plus the free parking which is very important if you have a car. And we felt safe as well. Ate the next door neighbor assisted us if we have questions. Also, Ms. Coleen is very responsive when we had some issue with WIFI.
