The house is very accessible to enter, the rooms, the living areas and the pool very parent. The living room is missing washing and the kitchen a little more cooking utensils. Everything else is great and Nancy's service is very good.

The stay was very pleasant and quiet. The house is very large, spacious and comfortable. It has fans in every bedroom and the stay. The area is very quiet and is a central place if you want to move to Taxco, Tequesquitengo, Jardines de México and Acapulco. The pool was always very clean (they gave maintenance every third day) thanks to Mr. Nacho, who was also very kind, he recommended many places, got us out of all our doubts and recommended rich places to eat. Excellent attention, always attentive to everything, the lady who helps very helpful. The only thing I can say about the house is that the bathrooms smelled like a sewer and if the door was left open, the room would stink. The house was in good condition, amenities, nice view, comfortable for several people, there are no shops nearby so it is better to buy everything before not to complicate, part of the access is from terraceria but it is not difficult to reach following the GPS. We really liked the place and had a great time. There is always someone attentive to what is needed regarding the services of the house and amenities, such as boiler themes, jacuzzi, boat services, etc.

Incredible place, it met and exceeded our expectations, to get there was super easy following Oscar's recommendations, the road was super quiet, very close to the Temixco spa, the area was super quiet, very comfortable to put the van, everything was impeccable, the whole house smelled very good and had all the amenities, great garden space, the grill, the pool water was unbeatable, delicious all the time, we had a storm and even after that the water was delicious, we will definitely return! If you are looking for accommodation in Tequesquitengo, Julio's house is an excellent option, the residential complex where the house is located is very quiet and safe, the house is very clean which is appreciated, the pool is large, the jacuzzi is great; if you bring food the kitchen is well equipped, and if not, there is a seafood restaurant outside the residential complex, Julio is also very kind and is always attentive to answer your questions.

Very comfortable house and has all the basics, blender, pans, glasses, plates, cutlery, microwave oven, large stove and with good flame, refrigerator cools and freezes excellent. Water is perfect for any time of day. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. It is recommended to bring everything you need for meals, since at the entrance of the subdivision there is a supermarket with a lot of variety, but it is much more expensive than any supermarket.

The house is as shown in the photos, they are in constant communication, it is easy to get to and we spent a few very pleasant days.

We thought the house was excellent for many reasons: the rooms are in separate spaces, which allows for more privacy; the pool and gardens are very nice, despite being in the center of the village; the service of the lady who helps with the cleaning was excellent and we also hired her to cook and she did it very well. We would definitely come back.

Everything matched what the house offered. Edna was attentive and the manual she sent us was very practical and explained everything. We had a very pleasant and quiet time. The pool does not need a heater with the solar panels and the sun keeps it at a very good temperature. A very nice weekend, thank you for everything!
