the house is beautiful, it is well maintained, the details are excellent along with the service, if you are going to rent it is an excellent option, but if you plan to invite more people than you have in the reservation, let us know in advance and the plans you have in the house so that they can help you give you flexibility!

I really liked the house, it was exactly what we paid for, which was great. Blanca was a very good host, she responded quickly even if it was late and always in a polite way. The only thing I have to add is that people who sleep in the rooms that don't have air conditioning have a hard time because it's too hot and the fan isn't enough, and secondly, you have to bring a multi-socket because in the room we stayed in there were no connectors other than one and there was nowhere to connect a cell phone, computer, hair dryer, among other things. But other than that, I would stay there again without any problem.

The place is beautiful and the garden is very large. I loved the private beach to access the lake, in addition, the service of all the staff who work there is excellent, very reliable and efficient. We will definitely be back! 100% recommended

I went with my family; 6 people; everything in order; Brenda was very attentive; the accommodation is functional; clean; it has a garage patio; kitchen with everything you need; in the living room on the ground and upper floor with ceiling fans; clean bathrooms; the rooms with bed linen in good condition; with functional air conditioning; on the upper floor the pool; the view and the grill with a full bathroom; garden tables and dining room; the wifi was very good; she answered our questions right away. We had a great rest, we were able to swim and enjoy the weekend. And Oreo had an amazing time, she was able to run in the garden and go for a walk in the neighborhood, which is very quiet. There is a supermarket very close and places that deliver food and are super attentive. Astrid was very attentive to us.

All the fractionation and apartment is as you see it in photos, the amenities of the fractionation very nice and in excellent condition. Just commenting that the AC in a bedroom does not work. From there to more everything perfect!

We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!
