The house is nice in general and very clean. There are some things that already feel a little old and lack maintenance, but everything works wonderfully. Julian answered my questions and Martha and Oscar who take care of the house were very attentive and accessible. Highly recommended for spending time with friends!

The house is very nice and large, the cleanliness is very good, the temperature in the pool and jacuzzi is always excellent, the sound system that it has allows you to enjoy yourself a lot and have fun because it also has karaoke. It was a family weekend, the managers Don Félix, Doña Benita and their daughters treated us as if we were family. The place is amazing. I went with my children and nephews and they enjoyed the pool. We had very hot days and they did us the favor of giving us more fans. The house is beautiful, the garden is a dream. Each room has its own charm and privacy. The kitchen is spacious and the living room is very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast room overlooking the garden, and I could see my children playing and spending one of the most incredible weekends of our stay in Mexico. Communication with Mrs. Pia was amazing and fast. Even before I arrived at the house to plan the trip with her, I relied on her too much. My children describe the house as a fairy world (according to them, they saw some dancing in the garden) Highly recommended!

Excellent option to go with friends, the house is very spacious. They helped us resolve situations we had, very attentive, they recommended several options for home services, we ordered pizza and it was delicious. The beds were clean and comfortable, the pool was the perfect temperature and a very good size.

Cristian is an excellent host, extraordinary communication, always very attentive to my needs. The place is true to the description, we came as a family including the four-legged blessings and we all enjoyed it very much. Very nice sized space to share with family or friends. It was a great plus to go at the end of the year. At the hotel there were fireworks and dynamics with Cantoya balloons, which made our experience more magical. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended accommodation.

We loved it, everything was as shown in the photos, clean, tidy and with more than enough things to spend our month's vacation comfortably. We would return without hesitation. The view from the apartment is very nice, the pool is huge and the water was super nice every day (May-Jun); my husband, my two teenage children and I enjoyed all the facilities that the Cluster has, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball and a super good gym, 100% recommended. Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment to see your children. Everything was great. I would definitely choose it again.

The place is quite comfortable, I loved that it has 2 full bathrooms, nice lake view, cool rooms and very comfortable. Aurora is an excellent host and helped us a lot.
