Kevin & Jennifer’s place was amazing. It is a beautiful house with wonderful amenities, clean and quiet. We were traveling with family and it was so nice for us to have our own rooms & bathrooms, with a comfortable shared space. They have everything you could possibly need at the house, including chairs & beach towels, which made traveling/packing so much easier. They were very thoughtful with what is included at the house and we felt perfectly at home! The beach for the community can get a bit crowded, but we got there early and never had a problem, and it is so nice that it is a short walk from the house. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance too. We loved this stay! Truly one of the nicest homes we have rented on 30A in terms of location & amenities in the home. You can tell they put a lot of care into making it a wonderful experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! Everything was absolutely perfect—from the moment we walked in, it was clear the property is brand new, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well-organized. The decor is professionally done, stylish yet comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. The attention to detail was impressive. The home had everything we needed and more—it truly felt like nothing was missing. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, especially after our beach days. It was the perfect way to wind down and relax. Highly recommend!

Wesley was a great host he communicated daily the beach flags, which was great being northerners to know what was a good beach or pool day. The house was perfect and stocked with everything you need. The pool was great everyone enjoyed it. The activities in the garage were a great bonus. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Wow where do I begin. This place is Stellar a great family home. I have one college daughter and one out of college they both loved this place. One word for the host Stellar…….. sums her up. She is truly an example for other’s to follow. Highly recommend this home to any family of 4. Pet friendly for our small doodle. We have rented many homes , but this one was exceptional. Pool was incredibly clean backyard peaceful and tranquil. I highly recommend Anna’s home to any future guest for the PCB area . Speechless upon arrival. This home is an example for other’s to follow . Her communication and fast response upon arrival for early check in set the pace for this amazing vacation. I will be checking into one of her other homes for next vacation.

The stunning balcony view and being steps to the beach made this recently remodeled condo ideal for us (two parents with teens). We were blown away by the spaciousness inside and the modern, comfortable decor. Great beds and showers, nice appliances, everything provided that we could possibly need (fans, beach chairs/towels/umbrella/toys/cooler), and just an overall warmth and hospitality. You could also rent beach chairs and umbrellas or do parasailing and more right on the beach. There are carts available to bring up groceries and luggage on the surprisingly fast elevators. The bar across the street and being in a large high rise condo setting made for some noise at times, but we used white noise apps at night and had no issues. It's an older condo, but clean with easy parking and access to everything. On top of everything else, Kelli was incredibly responsive and friendly! We loved her restaurant recs. NOTHING beats the view, convenience, or loveliness of this gorgeous Airbnb.

Korin was an absolute treat to work with! She was extremely responsive and provided proactive information leading up to check-in. The rental is beautiful! Exceeded our expectations. Short 3-5 min walk to the public beach. We used the provided beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for our days at the beach. The beds were comfy with lots of extra pillows. The kitchen was well stocked for our family of 5. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but everything we needed was there in the kitchen. I’d definitely book this beautiful home again.

Our family had an amazing time. The townhome was beautiful and spacious. My favorite part was the privacy and peaceful surroundings. I loved sitting out on the screened in porch in the morning and evening. The beach area was not crowded at all. We were able to set our chairs up right at the waters edge. The hosts left us snacks to get started, plenty of beach towels and chairs, cabinets were stocked with everything we would need and bathrooms had plenty soap, shampoo and conditioner. We really didn’t have to bring a thing other than our clothes. We had groceries delivered from Walmart, cooked in and ate out both. It truly felt like home. I want to especially add how quick the hosts were to respond and how good they were to check on us. We had trouble with the TV in the living room when we first arrived. Turns out the remotes just needed batteries. Even after telling the host we would just get some when we were out, they made sure to drop off batteries the next morning.

Amber was an amazing host! Very responsive and informative for check in and answering our questions throughout the stay. We brought our two medium size dogs and the house was perfect. The backyard is fenced in so they could play, and there’s a walking path at the entrance of the road for walks. Getting to the beach is incredibly walkable, and you have your pick of two beach entrances at the end of the road. The house itself was perfect for our stay with three adults and a 15 month old. Three spacious bedrooms, a great kitchen and dining area, and every kitchen appliance you could possibly need. The overall location is great; easy to get to the beach, restaurants, shops, and Publix is a 2 minute drive. Overall we had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate going back!

We LOVE the Bungalow. Could not recommend it more to couples visiting 30A. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - morning, afternoon, and night. The inside was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need. Felicia is a great host!

This home was such a blessing to us! We didn't realize how amazing it was to be able to use the golf cart to get to the beach AND Publix until we got there. It made our travel so stress free and convenient! I was grateful for the host's maps they provided so we never felt confused on where to go. We also loved that the house was so close to great restaurants at and around Rosemary Beach. The home was clean and incredibly kid friendly in its amenities for my 3 and 1 year old. Wish we could have stayed another day!

Erik was a great host. Always responsive when I sent him a message and he was quick for his response. He helped me out with everything I needed. He gave me local recommendations for places that I was asking about. He was a great host overall. I definitely recommend him for future vacations.

I can’t say enough about this Beautiful home. As a builder myself I admired all the details of this property. From the nickel gap shiplap coving every wall, tongue and groove ceilings throughout. Beautiful walk in tile showers, stainless steel appliances and a natural gas range stove every inch of this property is pristine and decorated beautiful. I can’t thank Chris enough for allowing my family and I to make memories in his home. Chris was transparent and quick to respond to every question we had. I would recommend this property continuously. I hope to book this property and deal with Chris for future vacations. - Cody Marlowe

Absolutely want to come back!! April’s house has everything you need to feel right at home, from the inside to the outside. Some of our favorite things were the convenient doggy door & the outside shower. The beach was a fun walk every day, and we got to know the neighbors down the road and their cute hairless dog. Thomas donuts is a must for breakfast biscuits and donuts (it’s a mile away). The PCB pier and dog beach is nearby. Her kitchen has everything you need, and there’s a cabinet with fun family games. Some cons: the master bathroom doesn’t have a standing shower it’s a bath tub with a shower head you can pull out. The master bedroom’s bed was a bit too soft but I have a bad back & opinion might be biased. Upon arrival the house looked spotless but I took off my shoes & immediately felt sand on my feet so vacuumed first thing. At night I went to bed to pull back and find tons of hair BUT April was quickly responsive late at night & solved it immediately. 10/10 highly recommend!

The perfect place for a couple or small family! The house is only a short walk to the beach access at the end of the street. The house was clean and easy to find. The only thing I would mention is there is a Christian Retreat at the end of the street and hundreds of kids will come to the beach for games and activities. Now that I'm aware I would just walk either left or right a little so as to not be in the way. That being said, I would definitely stay there again, it was perfect for my husband and I.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was clean, spacious, and in a great location—just a short drive to the beach and close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. When we couldn’t find the beach towels, they quickly delivered new ones without hesitation, which we really appreciated. The only suggestion I’d make is to consider providing a few more basic household items like bath towels, toilet paper, and paper towels—just the essentials that go a long way during a week-long stay. Overall, we loved our time here and would definitely stay again!

It’s a cute little space, perfectly fine for our young family of five visiting for two nights. We brought a pack and play for the baby and had enough room for everyone. The pull out couch bed isn’t great, but it also wasn’t the worst! Walking to the beach was a breeze & as a result there is no sand in our car! That’s definitely a win! The property could use better beach-goer amenities, like an outdoor shower and a place to hang wet things for drying. Overall, though, fantastic stay. Great price for the proximity to the beach, which is all we were interested in for such a short stay.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The aesthetic of the space was beautiful—thoughtfully designed and incredibly inviting. The pool was absolutely fantastic, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Everything was super clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable—it felt like a true home away from home. The host was very communicative and made everything seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and stylish getaway!

When I imagine what an Airbnb experience is supposed to be like, it’s this house. From beginning to end they were so accommodating with an early check-in since no one was staying in it the night before, the use of the golf cart was amazing since we did not have a vehicle to go back-and-forth to the beach, and even little things like letting us borrow the cooler a little after checkout was amazing. Their rules for checkout were as minimal as it gets and that is hard to find these days. We had to reach out to them a couple times and they responded super quick! I’ll be staying here again!!

A fantastic stay! This was a super clean place, plenty of room and easy access to the beach from our deck. We were supplied with everything needed for a day at the beach, no need to bring anything extra, for it is provided. This is a peaceful and quiet beach area. No hustle and bustle of the downtown area but within a 20-30 minute drive to dining and play for all ages. Parking is limited with easy entry. Two car max. Do not hesitate to book here, it is worth every penny for this convenience!
