Beach house holiday rentals in Laguna Beach

We LOVE the Bungalow. Could not recommend it more to couples visiting 30A. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - morning, afternoon, and night. The inside was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need. Felicia is a great host!

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect space for us. The location is just a few blocks to the beach, the golf cart was great and parking for the cart right at the beach access location, get the golf cart. Very quiet part of the beach, no crowds, high rises, or traffic. The beach was not crowded. I was shocked how well stocked the house was, Zachary literally thought of everything guests would possibly need and then some. Beach gear included was an additional plus. Communication with Zachary was quick and easy. We did not need to reach out during our stay as everything was perfect. Highly recommend this beautiful home and its wonderful host Zachary. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! Everything was absolutely perfect—from the moment we walked in, it was clear the property is brand new, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well-organized. The decor is professionally done, stylish yet comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. The attention to detail was impressive. The home had everything we needed and more—it truly felt like nothing was missing. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, especially after our beach days. It was the perfect way to wind down and relax. Highly recommend!

We spent a week here and had the best time. Our family of 11 had plenty of room, the house is clean and spacious! The outdoor area was amazing, has everything you could think of to entertain. Wesley was great, answered all of my questions and texts immediately! I would definitely recommend this place. We plan to go back!!

We had a wonderful stay at Dancing Heron! It was within walking distance to the beach and a great pool with a fire pit and multiple cushioned lounge chairs. The house was beautiful and clean with plenty of space for our extended family! We would recommend Dancing Heron if you’re looking for a great place to stay close to Rosemary Beach and surrounding areas!

We stayed here for a long weekend for my bachelorette and birthday celebration. We hardly left the house! This Airbnb exceeded our expectations and more! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need including extra spices. My only complaint was that we had to leave!! The beach was a 5 min peaceful and beautiful walk. Couldn’t recommend this place more! Can’t wait to come back!

In town for Gulf Coast Jam and celebration of mother in laws 89th birthday. The house was absolutely beautiful. We stay in Airbnb units many times a year for work and this was above and beyond the best and most accurately described.

We evacuated here during hurricane Milton. Dealing with Sol has been nothing but a pleasure. He is extremely understanding and accommodating… especially during a stressful time he made everything as easy as possible for us. He is a very kind soul and we are very grateful that we were able to deal with him. If we ever in the area again we will be certainly sure to rent with Sol.

It was a great place. We had a great stay. Melanie sent helpful messages throughout our stay. Our friends were jealous because they stayed 40 miles away from PCB and we were right in the middle of it all.

We had an amazing vacation at Amber’s beautiful home in Laguna Beach! The property was spotless and very well-maintained. The layout of the rooms was perfect for our family, and the location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach. Amber was incredibly friendly, kind, and always quick to respond to any questions. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and all the thoughtful amenities provided. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We truly enjoyed both the home and the lovely backyard. Thank you, Amber, for a wonderful experience—we hope to return again!

House is close to beach (2 mins by car/golf cart) & sleeps 8 people. House includes some cleaning supplies & T.paper/P. towels so that's nice. Also has a fenced in back yard for pups (no grass) but my pups didn't seem to mind much! Area feels safe & close by to front beach road w/shops & restaurants

the place was good, only suggestion the beds were not comfortable at all, they made a lot of noise and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. in the leaving room the first night was uncomfortable because they don't have curtains and been that it was my kids and I it was scaring, but we covered them with the towels, the yard was not clean and was not able to take my pets out. But we made it to be a home feeling after the third day. this are not negative points, just a suggestion to be better. your place is very lovely but it needs a little of tlc on this suggestions. I can’t say enough about this Beautiful home. As a builder myself I admired all the details of this property. From the nickel gap shiplap coving every wall, tongue and groove ceilings throughout. Beautiful walk in tile showers, stainless steel appliances and a natural gas range stove every inch of this property is pristine and decorated beautiful. I can’t thank Chris enough for allowing my family and I to make memories in his home. Chris was transparent and quick to respond to every question we had. I would recommend this property continuously. I hope to book this property and deal with Chris for future vacations. - Cody Marlowe

When I imagine what an Airbnb experience is supposed to be like, it’s this house. From beginning to end they were so accommodating with an early check-in since no one was staying in it the night before, the use of the golf cart was amazing since we did not have a vehicle to go back-and-forth to the beach, and even little things like letting us borrow the cooler a little after checkout was amazing. Their rules for checkout were as minimal as it gets and that is hard to find these days. We had to reach out to them a couple times and they responded super quick! I’ll be staying here again!!

Absolutely want to come back!! April’s house has everything you need to feel right at home, from the inside to the outside. Some of our favorite things were the convenient doggy door & the outside shower. The beach was a fun walk every day, and we got to know the neighbors down the road and their cute hairless dog. Thomas donuts is a must for breakfast biscuits and donuts (it’s a mile away). The PCB pier and dog beach is nearby. Her kitchen has everything you need, and there’s a cabinet with fun family games. Some cons: the master bathroom doesn’t have a standing shower it’s a bath tub with a shower head you can pull out. The master bedroom’s bed was a bit too soft but I have a bad back & opinion might be biased. Upon arrival the house looked spotless but I took off my shoes & immediately felt sand on my feet so vacuumed first thing. At night I went to bed to pull back and find tons of hair BUT April was quickly responsive late at night & solved it immediately. 10/10 highly recommend!
