Cottage holiday rentals in Lagos

Claire’s home is cozy and comfortable, with everything you need to make you feel at home. The garden is absolutely amazing, a little corner of paradise. We also enjoyed the little bar and shop that is only 3 minutes walk from the house. The closest beach is only 8 minutes drive, Lagos 25 minuets, etc. We recommend parking the car down the street as it’s not so easy to drive in and out if you don’t have experience with driving on narrow streets that go up and down :p.

Casa May is an idyllic place . The house is set in a beautiful garden which merges into the surrounding bush. Set about a kilometre from the main road , it epitomises peace and quiet.

Beautiful house! Very clean and stylishly decorated! We had an great week and felt very comfortable. The house is located just outside Silves surrounded by nature. We will be happy to come back!

Michaela’s property is truly outstanding we have never stayed anywhere so beautiful. Pool was heated to perfection(at an extra cost). The whole experience was great, we had an issue with the jacuzzi which we were paying extra for thus was dealt with as soon as we raised it and in a very professional way. Ana the hosts representative was a delightful lady and very responsive. We had simply the best family holiday in a beautiful villa, in a beautiful county. We are already planning our next stay in Michaela’s beautiful home.

Perfect place to escape city life and get some rest in beautiful surroundings! Ideal location if you have a car to visit so many places and beaches. Definitely worth returning again sometime.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carlos' house. Carlos is an excellent host, always available to help and very easy to communicate with. The village of Hortas de Tabual is surrounded by nature and is very calm and peaceful. It is located near some beaches. The house is well equipped and has excellent internet access and a shower with good pressure and hot water. The kitchen is very well equipped, only wine glasses were missing (which I'm sure Carlos could easily solve) and the refrigerator could have more cold power for the beers 😇 We really liked it and will do it again

A beautiful, artistically designed retreat in the middle of Lagoa – with a fantastic garden, lots of greenery, a wonderful pool and a superbly equipped kitchen. We cooked a lot, grilled and thanks to the great music system also enjoyed music. Absolute privacy, perfect for relaxing. Two rooms face the street, where it was a little louder, but the back is quiet and relaxing. Lagoa itself is quiet and not very touristy, but perfectly located to discover the most beautiful bays and beaches of the Algarve by car. Especially recommended: the restaurant Gaspacho & Migas and the Pastelaria Algarve - both just around the corner. Our dog was welcome and also felt very comfortable. A place where nothing is lacking and which we left with a heavy heart. We will definitely be back!

Rented for 3 months while I moved from the UK to Monchique. Ze was very helpful and responsive when I had a couple of problems during the stay. Ze had things all sorted for me within a very short space of time.

Super clean cottage, in a cozy neighborhood. Everything we needed was there, even a booklet with recommendations. The hosts were super friendly, helpful, gave lots of tips and answered very quickly. We had a great time here! Definitely recommended!!!

What an absolute gem! 💎 we didn’t want to stay in a resort and this was perfect, off the beaten track set in the most peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The house itself was ideal for us and our 2 young children - there was a cot, highchair, and loads of playthings both indoor and out 🤩 As a base it was perfect to explore - we could reach everywhere we wanted within about 1.5hrs but most places were much closer (would highly recommend Silves!). Evi was wonderful - super responsive and have loads of recommendations 😄 We would highly recommend and definitely stay again! ✨

This is a great find. Very private and quiet. All the amenities you could ask for. I felt like I was at the cottage. You do need a car to get to Lagos and surrounding areas. Highly recommend.

we had a wonderful stay at lavender cottage whilst visiting Circuit of Portamao. Judite is a wonderful host and very helpful especially as we had a trailer with us she sent us very clear details of best route into the cottage with our trailer which was amazing. Lavender Cottage is beautiful place to relax with local bars and restaurants nearby. we will be recommending to all our friends that visit the area and we shall definitely be returning.

the house is ideal, has a barbecue and is very comfortable. Lovely neighbors and excellent location, follow directions from the AIRBN map. As an inconvenience, they do not facilitate being a place of beaches, no soap, no soap for mopping. In all AIRBNs are facilitated and I think it is an aspect to improve, given the demands when entering the accommodation, if you exceed in hours the prices increase from 40 to 200 euros, keep up with this read the indications, on the other hand to us we are notified by the Agency with which it is to be appreciated.

Couple stay, an absolutely amazing view, the sound of waves on the sand, life in restaurants that slowly disappears after 9:30 p.m., it's full of life and at the same time peaceful. A small oasis of peace. I recommend it!

Mr. Armando and Mrs. Olimpia are two great, kind and thoughtful hosts. We felt very comfortable in their accommodation. The cottage is very lovingly decorated, was excellently clean and we didn't miss anything. The surrounding area is very nice and quiet. Our hosts gave us plenty of delicious tomatoes, onions and eggs from their own garden. We miss both of them, their cats and the dog very much. And we look forward to being your guest again.

What a gem! We feel so lucky to have spent a month in this loved airbnb. 5 min drive to the beach, quiet location, beautiful gardens, well equipped kitchen, great beds, great wifi, and above all, Chantelle is the loveliest most helpful host! As a bonus, there's a great yoga class taking place on the property a few times a week.

After 5 weeks of stay, I have only positive things to say. The communication is great, there is a lot of attention to you and if you need anything, it will be taken care of directly - and very likeable. The house is freshly cleaned, everything works and is there. The area is of course a dream for any lover of typical Portuguese villages. I was super happy to have stayed there for 1 month and would be happy to come back. 🌞

The location of the airbnb is superb, you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. We really liked the village and marcias place, i would always come back.

Amazing and peaceful place

We stayed with our 2 year old daughter in the beautiful wooden house. We had it very quiet and comfortable. We were able to use the garden and Elke provided toys for our daughter. We were able to share the large pool and end the day on the terrace in the evening. Elke was easily accessible. We had a very nice vacation.
