Excellent communication. The host is friendly and super helpful, and the place is very clean and in a great location!

It is a very quiet neighborhood, close to the Villa Romana mall and others. There is a large Angeloni supermarket in the same apartment building, which is very good, since you only need to take the elevator to get to the supermarket. They also have another supermarket within walking distance, as well as restaurants and shopping areas. Everything in the apartment and condominium is new. A food court will soon be installed in the same condominium. It is very complete and modern.

Great central location and just a quick walk to the beautiful beach. We especially loved that there were beach chairs and umbrella for us to use. Highly recommend!

We loved Casa Beija Flor. It’s a beautiful home and our hosts made us feel welcomed. They were so friendly and kind. The house is better than the photos! Beautiful and private garden. Very clean and organized home. We love the area. It’s close to family but also my favorite area in Florianópolis. Very walkable and close drive to the best beaches on the island.

Lizandra made a beautiful cozy space! The house has hugged you since the arrival. We were greeted with little chocolat and a little ticket written by hand of welcome. Respondia super fast and was extremely understanding at checkout. I will definitely return many times! 🥰

This place looks exactly like the photos. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and pasture with 2 horses. Then you have a nice pool and a short walk to a magnificent beach, Campeche. I would highly recommend staying here. Also, Renata is a fantastic host. She was super helpful, friendly and responsive to everything. Her and her husband went above and beyond to make everything nice for us during our stay. They even put in a new washing machine the same day as the original one broke during our stay. They are the best!

It was wonderful family days, the apartment, the location and the beach of the English complete perfectly for a spectacular mini vacation. Wonderful place! Super cozy space, with a great location and easy access to various places on the island. Everything is very well organized, clean and with everything you need for a great stay. We use Uber many times to go to restaurants in Campeche and Santa Monica and always fast, without stress, due to the location.

My experience was simply excellent! From the time of arrival until check-out, everything went perfectly. The place is very well maintained, clean and exactly as described. I was very well received and felt comfortable throughout the stay. I have absolutely no complaints — everything was very good. I would definitely recommend and host again!
