We had an incredible stay. It was our first year in Brazil and we were totally in love. The house is just like in the photos, super comfortable, clean and well located. Host was very friendly and always responded quickly. We felt right at home. We would definitely come back!

From the moment we arrived, Kathia was fully hands-on, making sure every detail was perfect for our stay. Her warmth and attentiveness set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable month. The house itself was peaceful, well-appointed, and an ideal space to settle in—especially for digital nomads looking for comfort and quiet. But the true showstopper? The garden. Some might call it a garden with a lovely pool, but I’d call it an Eden of tranquility—a private sanctuary that made it hard to leave. A special thank you to Ynnes, who Kathia thoughtfully arranged to help with cooking and cleaning. Her presence was a gift, and her meals were unforgettable. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, prepare to be cared for, inspired, and deeply relaxed.

Beautiful stay! The house in general is beautiful and super enjoyable. We were in the super comfortable apartment. The terrace is something that is worth walking a little to get to the house. The area feels safe and the bar beach charms us! I'd come back!

The apartment is very nice and cozy, perfect for one person and with a comfortable remote work setup. The view from the bedroom is lovely. The only disadvantage for me was that the road between the house and the lake is quite busy all day long.

Vanio welcomed us very warmly! Extremely organized and beautiful house, very well equipped house, if I had forgotten something I would have had it at the house's disposal. My kids enjoyed it a lot, like the whole family.

The experience of getting to know Floripa could not have been better!!!! Ilca is extremely gentle and welcoming, it made us feel at home. The accommodation is wonderful, all tidy and well located, plus it is ready to prepare a super yummy breakfast and is always there to help! Heitor also very requested, took us to the bus station for the return, the couple is a 10!!!! Super recommend and I will definitely go back!!!

Quiet, secure, full kitchen and comfortable bed, great TV, high speed internet. The vacuum cleaner appeared broken, we didn't use it and the owner was understandable and fair about it. Communication with him always very quick and honest. Everything is excellent! I recommend it!

The house was impeccable in cleanliness and organization. Gabriela sent me a memo before my check-in describing the places where I would find a market, restaurants and the like with distances, check-in and check-out times ... really impeccable organization. I had the opportunity to meet the mother and father, very kind people who contributed a lot to our well-being since I was only with my daughter and without a car. I'll definitely be back other times. Ana was the best host we could have wished for! She was super super super helpful with any questions we had, if we were missing something it was delivered to us in minutes. The house is super big and in a good condition. The pool and the garden perfect to relax. The entire condominium is really nice and we felt super safe. Big plus was the tennis court and the lake right next to the house. Internet worked well - we were working from the house with 4 people. Kitchen was very good equipped. Within 15 min walk you can reach the main road with grocery store, shops, restaurants , gym etc. thank you for everything! ♥️

We very much like the stay at fernando's place! Very good space with enough green, our dogs loved it! In addition to the lindona house, the beach trail is very close by, and with 2-3 minutes walking we have already reached the dunes and the sea. Incredible!

I've had an excellent experience! Marcus was very cordial and was always available to help us with whatever was necessary. The house is great – well-equipped, comfortable, very clean and organized. The location is also privileged, making it easy to access everything we needed. Without a doubt, it will be my choice for the next trips. I highly recommend it!

A dream place, the house is much nicer than what you see in the photos. Maycon is always very attentive and the area is amazing. Great place to travel with the family and have a good time. There are two options for crossing: the boat and the bridge. For shopping and suitcases we always use the boat, it is quite easy to cross. To go to the Praia we were going through the bridge. Above Maycon docks the Marcio boat, we made great walks through ilha do Campeche and the lake. Aprovechen.

The park is super giant and great place to hike or play with children. The house is very conserved and great with plenty of shade to rest. Wonderful place. We will return Igor and his father very kind and always helping qdo necessary. thanks

The house dr Patrícia is perfect for quiet days in Barra da Lagoa. The house is easily accessible to the beach and is from the canal ladinho, which is a wonderful place. The house is just like the pictures. Very cozy, clean and organized. The place is very quiet. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They treated me with great affection. I was given great information about the surroundings. I felt at home. After returning to Barra da Lagoa, I will love to return to Patricia's house.

If you’re thinking about booking this place do it! You will not regret it. I’ve stayed in a ton of Airbnb properties and NOTHING compares to Dacre & Sara’s home. Not only is the location literally perfect, in the best part of Floripa right in the middle of the island but the house itself is incredible. Can you believe it’s EVEN BETTER than the pictures? We really did not want to leave. Dacre and Sara are wonderful hosts, very nice and so thoughtful. They left us everything we needed and more as well as shared tips of the best restaurants in the area. We went to all of the ones they recommended and they were all fantastic. I wanted to rewind our trip. Seriously book this place and don’t look back! It’s the best of Floripa!

Wonderful accommodation, really worth the 5 stars because my friends and I were the first to settle in the house for airbnb and it was all the same as it was on the listing. Mabel the host, met every need and provided wonderful assistance all the time, not to mention she's a sweetheart. The location is wonderful too, close to Mole beach (uber is very cheap there) and you can walk to the center, the walk is on the edge of the lagoon, so the tour is very tasty. It's super worth staying in this house 🤍

We loved the stay! From the living room the view is of the logoa and from the bedroom the sea. The bungalow is very cozy, surrounded by nature. Super well-equipped house, we didn't miss anything. The host was super attentive, gave very good tips and welcomed us very well. We loved the trip and will be back for sure!

We loved staying at Nathalia. It is a guest house that although it is next to the main house you feel very comfortable and with privacy. Cleanliness needs to be highlighted. It is a pleasure to stay in places like this. Thank you Nathalia

This was, hands down, our best Airbnb-experience in Brasil. Earlier Check-In, an amazing breakfast, beautiful apartment and a later check-out, very good communication etc. If Bias place is available for booking, just do it and enjoy your time!

We booked the house for me and my fiancé to get ready before our wedding and it was our best choice, the view is wonderful. Starting with the hosts, friendly and very cheerful, we arrived and they were already waiting at the gate. Leila is amazing, she showed us the house and made us feel very comfortable, what a dear person! The house is much more beautiful and spacious in person, a true paradise, full of comfort. We had everything we needed, the Jacuzzi is wonderful, the bedding is clean and fragrant, the house is extremely clean and with explanations already ready. Our stay was perfect, a thousand times better than I could have imagined, because in addition to the house being amazing, the hosts made us feel at home. Thank you Leila and Arnaud, our stay will be in our memory forever, it was very special!!!
