I loved my stay at the apartment! The location is perfect, right in the center of Floripa, with an incredible view of the Hercílio Luz bridge. The apartment is super comfortable, just like in the photos, and had everything I needed for a quiet stay. The supermarket is in the building, as well as several other shops and restaurants, which made everyday life much easier. Access to the building, apartment and parking space was super easy. I highly recommend and would certainly stay here again!

It is a very quiet neighborhood, close to the Villa Romana mall and others. There is a large Angeloni supermarket in the same apartment building, which is very good, since you only need to take the elevator to get to the supermarket. They also have another supermarket within walking distance, as well as restaurants and shopping areas. Everything in the apartment and condominium is new. A food court will soon be installed in the same condominium. It is very complete and modern.

This is a great little apartment and Lisa is a wonderful host. It has everything required for a short or longer stay, including plenty of cookware and fast wifi. It's also a 3 min walk to a nice watersports spot on the lagoon and a 15 min walk from Lagoa town center.

It's definitely one of the best apartments I've ever rented on Airbnb! I rented for my family And they just loved it! The townships were impressed by the sea view, a truly breathtaking view! Beautiful, all-equipped apartment, great and beautiful furniture! All spotless! And Vanessa was always super attentive and kind! Everything IS PERFECT!

We had a great stay. The listing corresponds exactly to what we found. The apartment is cozy, everything was very organized and well cared for, we felt at home. The kitchen is very complete, with all the necessary utensils. The condominium is very beautiful, spacious, quiet and we were able to enjoy several facilities with ease: pool, sauna and heated pool. It also has 24h concierge and great location. Rita was super attentive and kind during the process, we were very pleased!

Wonderful stay. The place is exactly as described in the listing and photos. The site is very safe and well located, easy to reach and to park. The property has everything it takes for a good stay. It has a kitchen with several utensils and a new washing machine, which is a very positive point. It is a space that guarantees a lot of privacy coupled with the convenience of communicating with host Liliana, who lives next door with her husband and are very kind people. their space Carlos is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was extremely clean and complete, it has absolutely EVERYTHING. Colchao and IMPECCABLE bed and bath linens! Ateinha de cabelo. Carlos was a very dear host and responded quickly the times I needed it! If you go to Floripa and want to stay in a beautiful and quiet place, here is your place. I'll always come back!

The wonderful condominium, all very receptive, very good front beach, very good heated pool, has a simple restaurant near more fresh and delicious food.

Airbnb with hotel structure, with daily maid service, towels and beach chairs available, etc. Space exactly as in the pictures. Hotel restaurant with high prices, but within the average of Jurerê.

The Lucineia space, is exactly as described . Everything is neat and clean. Very well equipped with everything we need,and even more . The leisure area is very good , has the jacuzzi that has a heating system, for the children it was great . It was a pity that it was very windy, but we still enjoyed it. The space has a booklet with all the information on how to proceed. Lucineia was always very helpful , responding very quickly . I stayed on many Airbnb , but this one was undoubtedly the most equipped . Madcas, barbecue utensils and even games for children . Without a doubt a very welcoming space that is worth hosting .
