The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

Romantic old property, close good restaurant

If you are looking for a rustic getaway with an awesome view this is the place for you. The view is breathtaking! The host are very accommodating and make you feel like family. There is no A/C, but that’s not an issue as there is a nice breeze that goes through the house with all the windows open. I highly recommend this house.

Simply perfect host, very responsive and helpful. Monica lives nearby, just to make you feel you are not alone. Apartment was exactly as described, perfectly clean. If you want to explore real Calabria living that is it. She paid attention to each and every detail guests might need. Also, location is very urban, I was alone and I feel completely safe day and night. It is close to the city center and old Cosenza, all walkable. Autostazione is about 1km, walkable distance, 99% flat of your carry your suitcases. All around perfect and clean home, along with a perfect host. Thank you Monica. Pleasant place, very well-kept and clean farmhouse, quiet and restful place. Lucia lives with her family in the nearby house, always available if necessary but totally respecting the privacy of the guests. Information, courtesy, food gifts in the fridge, cleanliness, attention to detail, availability and kindness. Thanks again for the excellent and evocative experience in the characteristic and elegant farmhouse, equipped with every appliance and product. Availability of patio and furnished outdoor spaces.

Maria's home is absolutely lovely and Maria is a lovely hostess as well. She was always responsive and very friendly with lots of good recommendations to eat. Her home is exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable in every respect. The main bed was very comfortable ... there are also bunk beds which we didn't use. The living room was a great place to relax in the evening. It was nice having a table and chairs on the patio to have breakfast. The internet was fast which was good since I work remotely. The home is on the top of a hill with a good road so there always seemed to be a nice breeze. It was a great place to relax - so quiet and peaceful and a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding countryside. The towns of Rocco Imperiale Marina and the castle in Rocco Imperiale are fun places to visit as well as Policoro. Maria was also so welcoming to our two little dogs. We would highly recommend Maria's home for your visit to this area.

Masseria Ulisse and Calipso is located on the hill, but at the same time it is very close to the sea( 5 minutes by car). It enjoys a beautiful view of the sea, in the morning when you wake up the only sound you will hear will be the birds, you feel completely immersed in nature. The place was clean, tastefully furnished, and had everything you need. Mrs. Anna was a kind, polite and never intrusive person, she was very helpful right away. Always attentive to our needs and also to those of our dog (you can see that she loves animals).. she has not imposed any limits on her freedom of exploration, clearly always respecting other guests! As soon as we arrived, we were delighted with a very good dessert and typical products...Our experience was very positive. If you're looking for total relaxation, this is the place!!! Beautiful and well-kept structure, wonderful sea, and the owner is definitely an added value!!! We will definitely be back!!!

The stay at Giuseppe's place was excellent. This is a large house with large rooms, very spacious and clean. The pool is excellent and clean. The garden is very well maintained. The play facilities are excellent for children. Communication with Giuseppe was good, especially with Google Translate. Giuseppe was constantly interested if we needed help with anything, and even helped us order a pizza from a restaurant near the place. The value is very good for the price.

I recommend it. House located in a great location in an exclusive village with pool. The house is not very large, but it is well-kept, clean and with changes in taste. Partly stylish and part rustic. We stayed for one night, but we have a maximum rating for all the services offered. See you next time!

The house is wonderful, spacious and renovated; the private, quiet and clean public pool (it doesn't make it from the photos). You have to use the car, but there are many unique coves and beaches nearby. The only issue was checkout which is not at 12:00 pm as written, but at 10:00 am, which created a lot of discomfort. In any case, knowing this, the villa is worth all the money spent.

This was our third visit to the property and it was exactly what we needed, as always. Beautiful surroundings, well-provisioned kitchen with plenty of space to eat and lovely large pool.

We stayed for 3 nights in Mrs. Anna's cute apartment, a kind and friendly woman who welcomed us at the entrance of the village. The apartment is well cared for and recently built , equipped with all the comforts including air conditioning. We'll definitely be back for a longer stay.

The hostess met us personally. The apartments are clean, there is everything you need for a good rest. good wifi.

Super host, friendly and always ready to help you , the apartment is as shown in the photos, maybe it lacks some things like mosquito nets or kitchen utensils, but in the end we had a quiet stay.
