The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Thanks for the great holiday!

Pleasant place, very well-kept and clean farmhouse, quiet and restful place. Lucia lives with her family in the nearby house, always available if necessary but totally respecting the privacy of the guests. Information, courtesy, food gifts in the fridge, cleanliness, attention to detail, availability and kindness. Thanks again for the excellent and evocative experience in the characteristic and elegant farmhouse, equipped with every appliance and product. Availability of patio and furnished outdoor spaces.

Maria's home is absolutely lovely and Maria is a lovely hostess as well. She was always responsive and very friendly with lots of good recommendations to eat. Her home is exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable in every respect. The main bed was very comfortable ... there are also bunk beds which we didn't use. The living room was a great place to relax in the evening. It was nice having a table and chairs on the patio to have breakfast. The internet was fast which was good since I work remotely. The home is on the top of a hill with a good road so there always seemed to be a nice breeze. It was a great place to relax - so quiet and peaceful and a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding countryside. The towns of Rocco Imperiale Marina and the castle in Rocco Imperiale are fun places to visit as well as Policoro. Maria was also so welcoming to our two little dogs. We would highly recommend Maria's home for your visit to this area.

Masseria Ulisse and Calipso is located on the hill, but at the same time it is very close to the sea( 5 minutes by car). It enjoys a beautiful view of the sea, in the morning when you wake up the only sound you will hear will be the birds, you feel completely immersed in nature. The place was clean, tastefully furnished, and had everything you need. Mrs. Anna was a kind, polite and never intrusive person, she was very helpful right away. Always attentive to our needs and also to those of our dog (you can see that she loves animals).. she has not imposed any limits on her freedom of exploration, clearly always respecting other guests! As soon as we arrived, we were delighted with a very good dessert and typical products...Our experience was very positive. If you're looking for total relaxation, this is the place!!! Beautiful and well-kept structure, wonderful sea, and the owner is definitely an added value!!! We will definitely be back!!!

The stay at Giuseppe's place was excellent. This is a large house with large rooms, very spacious and clean. The pool is excellent and clean. The garden is very well maintained. The play facilities are excellent for children. Communication with Giuseppe was good, especially with Google Translate. Giuseppe was constantly interested if we needed help with anything, and even helped us order a pizza from a restaurant near the place. The value is very good for the price.

Small paradise in the heart of Basilicata. Absolute relaxation in nature. You could spend your entire vacation in this place. Very welcoming and helpful owners. You can taste and buy excellent wines produced by them. A 20-minute drive away are free sandy beaches with clear sea. In Montalbano Jonico you can savor real local life. Farm to return to with the whole family!

The house is wonderful, spacious and renovated; the private, quiet and clean public pool (it doesn't make it from the photos). You have to use the car, but there are many unique coves and beaches nearby. The only issue was checkout which is not at 12:00 pm as written, but at 10:00 am, which created a lot of discomfort. In any case, knowing this, the villa is worth all the money spent.

We had a great stay at this Hosts appt. It has the benefit of full time staff to assist with check in and out and any issues one might have. The apartment is very spacious and typical of the area. The balcony is a great place to spend time after a good days exploring. Being just outside the main centre it is wonderfully relaxing. We will definately stay again and a big thanks to Andrey for being so helpful. 5 stars easy! 🌟

The hostess met us personally. The apartments are clean, there is everything you need for a good rest. good wifi.

I wanted a peaceful escape after travelling a lot around Puglia for 8 days, and so to go to Masseria Lanzolla in Basilicata was exactly that! Enrica was super responsive from the time I booked and throughout my stay. I stayed for one week and she kindly helped with my transportation and it was lovely that she left me a bottle of wine, strawberries and some other snacks for my arrival, plus prepared me a lovely evening meal for then. Partaking in her ceramics class with other people was a delightful experience and the pool was lovely to cool off in. I really loved the views of the vineyards, my private patio,and enjoyed some early-morning walks to catch the sunrise. If you want total peace and tranquility then it's a superb place to stay with excellent WiFi and amenities for cooking, good bathroom facilities too. And getting to try some of the wine made there was an added bonus. Nice beach, Scanzano, was visited. Thoroughly recommend and a big thanks to Enrica for all of her help :) ♥️

Super host, friendly and always ready to help you , the apartment is as shown in the photos, maybe it lacks some things like mosquito nets or kitchen utensils, but in the end we had a quiet stay.
