In many ways, this apartment echos the grandeur of all who have come before it, while also providing the comfort and simplicity needed by guests who come to visit this incredible city. At the end of the day, you want a peaceful place to think, breathe, and sleep. The beds are perfect, the windows (when closed) keep out the city noise) and the loftiness of the rooms provide space to breathe. I know we will rerun again and again to this very special apartment—unless it is booked because of this review! This is a truly special location.

We had a great stay in Rome, Germanas flat was a perfect home for us. Trastevere is loud and full of live and a great starting point for getting to know the town. Germana was a very good host to us, thanks again!

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

The house was great, very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the air and one of the toilets when we arrived Maurizio came to the house and took care of the issue. He was very responsive and helpful. The place is very close to Vatican City but it is a little far from other places, however there are buses and train near the house. There are plenty of restaurants and stores near the house. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Fantastic place in an amazing location!!! Walking distance to everything you need. Karina was so kind and full of recommendations!! She even booked us a reservation on our first night which turned out to be fantastic!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025.The location is central to everything and lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The large outdoor patio was a great spot to rest and relax at the end of a busy walking day. The beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. The hosts were very flexible in allowing us to store our luggage a few hours before check in time. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Rome !

Excellent hosts. Paola and Constanza know how to run properties to rent. Very organized and very helpful. The property was on the river right where we wanted. It had all the amenities to make our stay as effortless as possible. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay In The Trastevere area. As a chef, this place has an excellent kitchen set up if you want to Cook a few meals yourself.

Massimo & Marina are superb hosts. We had a medical emergency during our stay & they went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. We could not have managed without their unselfish help with the hospital, etc & interpreting help. They deserve an Airbnb Gold Medal. The apt is in a great location for seeing the best sights & has convenient shops & cafes very close.

Un vrai cocon proche du métro et des bus pour aller à Rome. Max est très réactif pour répondre à nos demandes. L’appartement est très joliment décoré, très propre, il ne manque rien !! A découvrir sans hésiter. Merci Max. Arthur, Delphine et Merlin

We had a fabulous stay, the apartment is cosy, super clean, really quiet, cute terrace to enjoy breakfast in the shade and afternoon sun. Every little detail is there and the fridge is stocked with items as well as coffee, sweets….Best apartment ever 💯Good backery just around the corner, supermarkets just a short walk, easy with tram 8 to the train station and city centre and bus to Vatican. We had some excellent diners in local restaurants and it was nice to get out of the busy centre. But most of all Valentina is absolutely great,reacts fast, could leave our luggage until afternoon departure. She is just the best and made our stay perfect! Grazie mille ❤️

An ideal location- close enough to all the attractions via any form of transportation yet far enough away that you aren’t in the middle of the hustle - lovely neighborhood with daily markets, cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Allesio’s attention to detail in his apartment is meticulous. We loved it.

Z pobytu u Livii jestem bardzo zadowolona. Mieszkanie było zgodne z opisem: przestronne, gustownie umeblowane, z dużym i bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem. Do wyłącznej dyspozycji gości jest duży taras ze stołem i krzesłami. Często z niego korzystaliśmy pijąc kawę lub wino. Czystość w mieszkaniu i łazience idealna 5/5. Aneks kuchenny wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne naczynia, przybory kuchenne oraz oliwa i inne przyprawy. Livia przygotowała poczęstunek. Zostawiła też wodę w lodówce, masło oraz do wyboru zestawy herbat i kawę. Livia jest bardzo sympatyczna i gościnna. Miło zostaliśmy przez nią przywitani. Poleciła nam ciekawe miejsca do zobaczenia, przygotowała specjalnie dla gości informator i mapę miasta. Od razu zarezerwowała na wieczór dla nas stolik w restauracji. To bardzo miłe. Kontakt z Livią był doskonały. Reaguje na wszystkie pytania i ewentualne prośby. Dziękuję Livio za Twoją gościnność :)

This was the perfect location for a visit. Easy to walk to all the major sites. The home is located on the 3rd floor with sound proof windows, so very peaceful. Highly recommend for a couple.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

Perfection. Absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed. Comfortable, clean and safe. A really peaceful sanctuary after the hectic feeling of the city centre. But so centrally located. We cycled to the centre on bikes we hired from a bike shop about 5 mins walk away. It took about 25 mins to cycle to the centre. We also got taxis a couple of times for convenience and it was a 10 min drive to the centre/termini station, cost 10-20 euros. The swimming pool and beautiful garden were a godsend in the heat. Ale and Roby were welcoming, kind and helpful, such lovely people. The friendly family cats were the icing on the cake! Highly recommended - we were sad to leave! Thank you both for sharing your lovely villa!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Wir haben mit drei Paaren und einem Kind wunderbare Tage in Frascati verbracht. Flavios Haus ist ein wunderschöner Ort, an dem wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Pool, der tolle Garten und der Pizzaofen waren große Highlights für alle. Vielen Dank für alles!

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!
