Holiday rentals with beach access in Laconia

Absolutely charming, beautiful place with everything you can ask for!

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

Had a great time peaceful get-away with great mountain views. Climbing,swimming,snowboarding, and all outdoor sports within close distance. I would definitely stay again

This was our first time in New Hampshire. Thank you for opening your home to us. It was exactly what we needed to get away, chill and relax. My wife liked the painting above the bed and framed pictures around the studio. The folder was very useful for local recommendations and things to do in the area. We felt very much at home here. It is at an excellent location, with restaurants, cafe's and the cute bookstore next door. The view of the river was so serene and tranquil. We will definitely be back and use this place as our base for the next hiking trip.

Our stay here was exactly what we were looking for in a home base in Portsmouth. We loved everything about how comfortable we were and what an effortless stay this was for us. The plants added much to my enjoyment❤️

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful with a great view and access to the beach! Everything was clean, and Chris was quick and proactive with communication. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. Beautiful old New England farmhouse, remodeled to be comfortable and modern but still retain its character. Nice kitchen - able to bake a birthday cake with one grandchild and lasagne with another. Particularly enjoyed the art throughout the house!

We had a great extended long weekend stay at Karen’s!! The place was warm & inviting- perfect for a colder than anticipated Memorial Day Weekend — we took advantage of the pellet stove and were still able to take in awesome lake views from the comfort of the living room. Our young girls had a blast “swimming” in the large jacuzzi bath tub and playing/ sleeping on the bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. We did manage to get out on our boat which was easy to dock at the slip associated with the rental. No fish caught this time around but still fun trying. The location of Karen’s place is awesome- very close/ walking distance to tasty restaurants & public boat launch. We cooked most of our own meals & were grateful for the well stocked kitchen as well as having a grocery store less than 5 min away. Karen was a fantastic host with quick response times from time of booking & then following checkout ensuring that our stay was as seamless as possible. We hope to return in the future! 😊

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. Darryl is extremely responsive and helpful! His place was perfect for a weekend getaway for me, my sister, and our dog. For anyone traveling with dogs, would definitely recommend! We had no problem with ticks and she loved running in and out of the water and walking in the neighborhood, and decent shade outdoors in the afternoon.

Darla and Tyler were Great. The Cottage couldn't have been better. The view from their balcony was amazing. Parking was right in front of the front door, so convenient. We will definitely be back here in the future. They really made us feel welcomed. Thank you Darla and Tyler for a Great Stay

Being walking distance to the Bank of NH Pavilion makes this place perfect for a concert. It has a nice view of the lake and is steps from a beautiful beach! We enjoyed our quick stay!

We are a family of four and we stayed for four nights. It was larger than we expected and we were all quite comfortable. We loved that we could ski, swim, and have dinner without getting into our car on an extremely frigid (-17 degree windchill) day! It was a fun atmosphere and we loved our stay!

A beautiful condo, just 20 minutes away from the heart of North Conway. Everything was in pristine condition and it is always amazing to have a kitchen at our fingertips. Beautiful views of the woods out back. Would definitely recommend to those coming to visit the North Conway, New Hampshire area and surroundings!!!!

Great stay here in March. The family came up to ski at Loon for weekend. Shuttle to mountain stopped right outside the door - perfect location. Condo was great - a wonderful weekend in NH. Will definitely be back.

We had a great stay with our 2 year old and 4 year old. Would definitely stay again!

Although it is a condo, it's 1st floor and extremely private with an awesome view! Very relaxing! It's just off the main road with many bars, restaurants, and ice cream within a 2 minute walk. Bob was a wonderful host... I would HIGHLY recommend this rental!
