Holiday rentals with beach access in Belknap County

Amazing view, close to everything.. Very responsive and clean..Plenty of extra parking on the lower level if you’re pulling a camper or trailer..Was my first time renting a airbnb and it was a great experience..

We can't say enough about how great this apartment was for us and how great Sandy and Tom are both as hosts and as people! Sandy is very accommodating and makes her guests feel so welcome by providing everything they might need (and also things they didn't know they needed but were glad to have!). The unit is well stocked and furnished very comfortably. The location by the lake is beautiful and it's so convenient to be right on the lake and also a short walk into town (and an even shorter drive). Our daughter and granddaughter had a lot of fun on the 2 paddle boards, and we used the canoe as well to explore the lake. There are plenty of chairs to sit by the lake, and it was really nice to sit around the firepit in the evening. We hope we'll have the opportunity to go back to Meredith and stay with Sandy and Tom again.

Eric’s place is great. All of the reviews talking about the location are spot on. Went to a concert. Having the luxury of walking <5 mins after the concert ended while everyone else is sitting in traffic cannot be understated. Place was clean, as described. Would stay again.

This condo was impeccably maintained and was very clean. Even the sheets smelt brand new! We were very pleased with our stay! We had an issue with our tv and the owners were on FaceTime with us late at night to try and rectify the issue without hesitation. 100% would stay here again.

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

I organized a goal-setting retreat with my colleagues and this house could not have been more perfect. The view is amazing, the house is nicely appointed and the layout is great. Everyone felt comfortable. Favorite memory is drinking coffee looking at the water listening to the birds in the morning. Ryan is a superb host - extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and I look forward to coming back!

From the moment we drove up and upon entering this beautiful place we felt like we were in our own "Happy Place". This is a place we would love to build for ourselves someday. Morning coffee & tea on the dock was very peaceful overlooking Paugus Bay and the fall foliage was very Beautiful. Christine and Corey are wonderful hosts and this was the second time we have rented one of their homes; we will definitely be back again to both locations and have been highly recommending them to our friends. Loved this place for our low-key cousins get away weekend! So much space for all 7 of us. Really clean house! Danielle sent clear check in/check out instructions. She was also very responsive with any questions we had. It was a really peaceful place to be during the winter time. It was only 20 mins from Gunstock Mountain. I bet this place is really nice during the summer too. I recommend this place for a little getaway in NH!

We enjoyed our short, but lovely stay at the lake! Home was beautiful and warmly decorated. Comfy beds and set up so nicely! View of lake was so nice and it was hard to leave the deck. We loved the peace and quiet, relaxing vibe! Loved the closed in porch too! Enjoyed pickleball so easily accessible and pretty walk to the lakefront to relax. Wish we could have stayed longer, but rain made it easier to leave. We had magical weather our full day! We hope to return to this special area and home. Loved the market so close though! Thank you!!

The house is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking. From inside the house, you get a beautiful view of the lake and then the porch is amazing. You can kayak, use the paddle board or use the canoe. You can also sit by the lake and enjoy the campfire. The surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful. The host is very responsive, solved all our doubts and was flexible with us during check-in and check-out, which we appreciated very much. At check-in, we were greeted by a great bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a great touch. The house also has a ping pong table, books to read and board games. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. We had an amazing stay, we highly recommend this property :)

We were happy to get this location as it was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit in the region. Jessica and her team were great in their responsiveness for any questions we had. They went above and beyond to make sure out stay was comfortable and safe. When the drive way was iced over they sent a truck to plow, sand, and salt it to ensure that my older parents did not have to worry about slipping. The house was just as described with the amenities being accessible and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome place! Had a fun ski weekend with some friends and we really enjoyed staying here, and would for sure stay here again! Highly recommend!

After a long day of driving from New York, and hikes at Franconia Notch State park, Julianne’s condo was a perfect getaway to stay in Laconia with backyard lake views to die for. The condo was clean and cozy. The highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the balcony and admiring the stars at the private sandy beach. The host was very responsive. Thank you for the clear and precise instructions beforehand, everything was simple and straightforward. I would 100% recommend this place! :)

Darla and Tyler were Great. The Cottage couldn't have been better. The view from their balcony was amazing. Parking was right in front of the front door, so convenient. We will definitely be back here in the future. They really made us feel welcomed. Thank you Darla and Tyler for a Great Stay

Being walking distance to the Bank of NH Pavilion makes this place perfect for a concert. It has a nice view of the lake and is steps from a beautiful beach! We enjoyed our quick stay!

My husband and I stayed for a month at Amanda's place and it was modern and very clean. I'm a bit of a clean freak and allergic to pet dander, so I only stay in places that don't allow pets. The condo has every amenity you could imagine - from a Weber grill to beach chairs to an instant pot. And if you don't want to cook there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Her condo was exactly as she described and as she showed in the pictures. The view of the lake from the front deck is breathtaking and the back deck faces a private wooded area. We spent many mornings having our coffee overlooking the lake and watching the boats go by. There's also plenty of space to work remotely including a private office area on the ground floor. There are 6 units in the condo complex and we met several of the neighbors who were lovely, considerate people. If you're considering a stay in the lakes region, look no further. This is the place.

If you're going to Gilford for a concert at Bank of NH Pavilion, I can't imagine a better spot. It's literally about 300 feet from the back of the venue and easy access to the entrance. We sat on the back balcony and listened to Zac Brown Band do their sound check the day of the show! On top of that, the place was cozy and clean, and very quiet throughout the night. Lisa is an outstanding host. Very communicative! This will be our first choice if we ever come back!

The place was great, it had everything I needed for my stay, and I was very comfortable there. My only complaint would be that people in other units could be loud enough to hear sometimes.
