Apartment holiday rentals in Lac du Bourget

hello, a real home with all the comforts and very well equipped. Lucie and Benjamin are very welcoming and flexible. i had a lovely stay at their place. For the price, it's Airbnb. We will never get used to it when the price is excessive. It's absurd to allocate nearly €2,000 for temporary housing in areas where the town hall neglects road maintenance. The view is not an argument when the one that is lower, cheaper, has its feet in the water of the lake or even when its neighbor, which is double the price, is of very high standing. We look forward to a regulation that allows us to enjoy these very pleasant homes at a "normal" price. Honestly, up to €1200, I rent for 3 months without asking questions even with Airbnb fees, for €2000 you need more, a lot more. But congratulations to Lucie and Benjamin for their very nice house.

Very nice apartment in a magical place! A former 19th century palace! The accommodation is perfect, clean, functional and quiet! And what about Marie-Laure! Incredible kindness, attention and patience despite our big delay (always follow the GPS to avoid endless detours...). We'll be back!!

Carole's place offers quick walking access to the lake. She is a very considerate host with a warm welcome. The proximity to parking is a real plus for those who come by car. Its great scheduling flexibility is a chance for guests. I recommend it and will be back.

A big thank you to Puce for this short stay at Villa Carlota. The accommodation is perfect for a holiday break: location 3 minutes from the lake and the beach, easy to find parking space, extremely well-equipped (I have rarely seen an Airbnb so well-equipped), clean and beautifully decorated, cool despite the heat, separate bedroom, large outdoor courtyard allowing you to eat outside thanks to a superb parasol... in short, nothing to complain about, it was perfect! Thanks again for the nice touches when I arrived. I hope I'll have the chance to come back!

Very nice accommodation, well maintained and modern. A large terrace and a jacuzzi area to enjoy a lovely view of the mountains.

I spent a night in this accommodation and I will not hesitate to come! First, Ghislaine is adorable and made sure we had everything we needed. Then, the accommodation is really very nice, with everything you need, a carefully thought-out decoration, perfectly faithful to the description. The balcony offers a splendid view of the heights of Aix with its many castles, perfect for breakfast! I felt comfortable in this accommodation, which is perfectly located (about 5 min walk from the train station, in the center). Thank you to Ghislaine for this wonderful experience!

A very well-designed apartment. Very functional. Close to the beach of Menthon Saint Bernard... small walk in the evening with the lake and its changing lights.

The view is beautiful and even bad weather retains a certain charm. It is possible to go hiking from the accommodation, to be able to eat or just to walk. A very good stay.

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You give it importance where you don't, but I haven't had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb, but a perfectly liberal vision... Just the feeling of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 a.m. for the next tenant and that's it. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele... But maybe Christele is called Georges... Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I send a final text message to inform them of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services... nothing to complain about, the value for money is very decent, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you, Georges...
