Bobby was an AMAZING HOST!!! Best HOST ON AIRBNB LITERALLY!!! The property was more luxurious than photos perceived. HANDS DOWN THIS IS THE BEST PROPERTY TO BOOK IN LA NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! Bobby was very communicative, highly respectful, very helpful, and highly professional. Bobby made my birthday weekend the best birthday I’ve ever had. No Kidding! Bobby’s property was in pristine condition everything worked. Everything in the house looked 10x better in person TRUST ME!!! Shout out to BOBBY!!!! A trip I won’t forget about EVER!!!

This place was great! Spacious, clean, and great location super close to downtown Claremont. Juan Carlos was helpful and responsive. There are a lot of "house rules", but all are reasonable, and this is what keeps the place so clean and well-maintained!

We absolutely loved our stay at Alyse’s oasis at the top of the hill. The house is super clean and cozy and the backyard was a really nice treat. We enjoyed many outdoor dinners and shady work sessions. Would love to rent again!

My friend and I traveled to LA for Father's day - both of our Dads passed away last summer - we wanted to honor them by attending a baseball game. We felt right at home at Davi's house! It had everything we needed and in close proximity to everything we wanted to do & the views! Amazing! We will definitely be back!

This is our second stay at Brian’s place, this time for a few weeks. The view and peaceful outdoors is spectacular and lush, and it was easy to feel at home in the cozy living spaces. Brian was again an awesome communicator and super kind!

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, safe, and well-situated. The home itself is flawlessly decorated and equipped -- I've never been at such a generously outfitted airbnb! Everything you could want, and it is all in pristine condition. I highly recommend this home and the very kind and accommodating hosts, and hope I am lucky enough to stay here again sometime soon.

Absolutely loved it here. The home was beautiful, clean, and cozy. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were quick to respond to any questions. Perfect place for a family trip to Disney. Jim and Deb applied a lot Disney style decorations to he house. Kids are very happy with the toys, books and game room. Dogs are happy with the back yard. The neighborhood is very quiet and we had some good sleep. Will def visit again

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

We had a wonderful stay at Suzanne’s place! She was very friendly and incredibly responsive, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Check-in was easy and completely hassle-free. The space was exactly as described, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Laura was very friendly and had things ready for us. she accommodated my family and had a pack and playbready for my 2 year old. she was understanding and made sure we had everything we needed as well as being a Christian, we are too. itnwas a very nice stay i would recommend her to any one :)

The guest house is beautifully decorated, private, and peaceful. Gillan allowed us our privacy but was very helpful when we had questions or requests. The dogs were adorable and a big bonus!

It was a wonderful and relaxing place. I enjoyed my stayed 10/10.. Clean and spacious house also front/backyard very quiet my dogs enjoyed. The host Kimberly was very helpful and flexible, highly recommend this place to anyone. Will be back again.

The home is a real gem. I loved that it was located in a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to several grocery stores and shopping centers. The unit is a detached garage that was reconverted but it was very clean and well maintained with a classy creative touch! Will definitely be coming back!

A true sanctuary for the soul. This house in Idyllwild is everything I didn’t know I needed—and more. Just one hour away from the city, it felt like stepping into a different world. The moment we arrived, I could feel my nervous system start to unwind. Between the river flowing right through the backyard, the private sauna and Jacuzzi, and the peaceful stillness of the forest, it was the perfect space to reconnect with my body, mind, and spirit. Every detail in the home was curated with intention and care. If you’re someone who values health, vitality, and deep rest—this place has everything: nature, healing, beauty, and tranquility. It’s also an amazing space for families—my little one thrived playing in nature and we were all able to slow down and reset together. The host was warm, responsive, and made us feel completely at home. I left feeling nourished and restored, and I can’t wait to return. This place is a gem and has become my go-to getaway for peace, presence, and health.

The house was spacious, spotless, and well-organized—everything was tidy and exactly where it needed to be. I had everything I could possibly need to enjoy my stay, and the view was truly a bonus! If you have specific requests, just reach out to Jason before booking—he's more than willing to accommodate when possible. Honestly, I didn’t even need to contact him during my stay. Both Jason and his property had everything covered. There’s no shortage of things to do in the area—Universal is just 45 minutes away, Disney is only 30 minutes, and the list goes on. Time flew by, and I genuinely wish I could’ve stayed longer. If you're considering booking his place—do it! I’ll definitely be staying with him again in the future. You’re going to love it. Beautiful new space, perfect for one or two people. Private entrance. Very close to Ontario Airport. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Laundry machine a big plus! Nice patio space. Will stay again when I'm in the area.
