Holiday rentals with beach access in La Veleta

Host was extremely friendly, responsive, everything was explained well, instructions were clear and easy to understand. There were lots of small details that made the stay easy and relaxing and it felt like home away from home. Definitely recommend this location!

We had a really wonderful stay at this condo in Tulum. The space was clean, modern, and matched the photos perfectly. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, from a functional kitchen to reliable Wi-Fi and strong air conditioning—and a perfectly curated record selection which was such a nice addition. One of the best parts of the experience was how responsive the host was. Any time I had a question or needed help, they replied quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. That level of attentiveness really added peace of mind during my stay. The location was quiet and relaxing, yet still close to great restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. The pool was perfect! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum, and I’d be happy to stay again!

El apartamento superó nuestras expectativas: es muy lindo y limpio, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera sumamente cómoda y agradable. La piscina en el último piso es, sin duda, uno de los grandes atractivos; vale totalmente la pena disfrutarla, ya que ofrece un espacio perfecto para relajarse y aprovechar las vistas después de un día explorando Tulum. La ubicación es excelente, con restaurantes y bares muy cool a poca distancia, lo que facilita acceder a la vibrante vida nocturna y gastronómica de la zona. Jardar fue un anfitrión excepcional: siempre proactivo, nos brindó excelentes recomendaciones de lugares para visitar y estuvo al pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, respondiendo casi de inmediato a cualquier consulta. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nick and Gem's Air bnb! The apartment itself is beautiful and comes with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It definitely gives off "home away from home" vibes. The garden area is gorgeous- having bamboo trees as a divider between the patio and pool is a great touch and adds a level of privacy from the other villas. Nick and Gem are fantastic hosts and great communicators. We really appreciated the handover they left us and took their advice to eat at an amazing restaurant called El Bodegón which is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It's so good we ate there twice ☺️ Overall, we can't wait to come back!

Sin duda un lugar extraordinario, 10 de 10, la atención por parte de Odile, inmejorable, nos sentimos cómodos, tranquilos. seguros, sin duda ampliamentr recomendado, si sirve de algo si o si, llevar auto, Tulum es impredecible... esa es una sugerencia. Tucked away in a peaceful corner of Tulum, it offers a serene escape while still being close enough to explore the vibrant town and beautiful beaches. The design and decor are absolutely stunning – rustic, warm, and full of character, with thoughtful touches in every corner. You can feel the love and intention that went into creating this space. The lush garden, the refreshing pool, and the calming ambiance made it feel like a private oasis. The hosts were incredible – warm, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed, from local recommendations to transportation. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into a home. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a tranquil spot to unwind and reconnect with nature, Casa Mestiza delivers! Highly recommended!

12 stars out of 10! We definitely recommend staying with Sevatulum. We were here for a 30th birthday party with 11 guests and everyone absolutely loved it. As guests who like booking our own itinerary & schedule, I definitely recommend booking things & transportation through the hosts. Epi (taxi driver) was amazing and prompt for each pick up/drop off. We are a very active group, who enjoyed lounging at the beautiful villa and spontaneously leaving for meals/events/workouts. Epi was at our service the whole trip! Yes, the villa is down an unpaved road but you are still halfway between the town and beach. It was no issue at all for us. We would even walk/run to a nearby cafe some mornings. Was safe and good exercise. The hosts were extremely responsive for any of your needs or questions. The house was well prepared and had everything we needed. Booking a chef for a few meals is a must!! They were great. Overall, great experience and would book again. Tulum was incredible.

The space is beautiful. Serene atmosphere. Very private, very spacious, light filled, conveniently located. Could not recommend booking Casa Manati more. It's even better than the photos !

This place is heaven! I now understand why this place has a perfect review score: it truly lives up to all of the expectations set, and then some. The house is super peaceful and private-with two very helpful and friendly caretakers onsite when needed, but totally out of your way when not. We basically lived in the pool and adjacent palapa and just lounged for 5 days in this small slice of paradise. Don't expect to swim in the ocean (we got lucky and the sargassum subsided 1 afternoon) -- but its not an issue at all. The pool is amazing + there are so many cenotes and swimming spots within a 5-20 minute drive (15 mins from Xelha, highly recommend). The inside is exactly everything a couple needs - it felt like a luxury suite at a 5 star resort. Large comfy bed, nice bathroom, and decent sized kitchen and living room -- all super clean and well stocked. We grocery shopped and cooked a few meals + there are many decent restaurants within a 5-20 min walk or short drive. We will be back!

Was a pleasure staying at the home, everything was as described and photos were perfect! Close to lots of restaurants and not too bad of a drive to the beach. House was immaculately clean! Pool was great and an added bonus! Even better in person. Thank you again for everything.

Staying here while in Tulum you will not regret it. The pictures were exactly like the listing stated. Air conditioning was very cold and the penthouse felt very private while here. The Airbnb provided cold water to drink and even had a washer and dryer to clean your clothes so you won’t have to worry about laundry coming back home. The host was kind and responsive and even gave us recommendations on where to eat and things to do. I must stress that you should get a car rental while in Tulum because the roads leading to the Airbnb and most roads are rocky and unpaved. Mostly all excursions and good restaurants are 15-20 mins away driving which is good. Do not hesitate to book this Airbnb 10/10 experience and forgot to mention the bed sheets were so soft like butter 😅

This house is lovely! We had a girls trip here and it was such a great spot for a group. The house layout is great, the pool set up is perfect and it looks exactly like the photos. Truly the best part was all the help from Rebecca. I’ve never had such incredible support and communication from a host before - from helping us book a private chef, poolside cocktail service and shuttles around town, to suggesting a beach clubs and restaurants for dinner. She was amazing!

Ligaya's place is wonderful. The house is tastefully furnished and decorated (no need to take anything off the walls for our stay!), and the condo offers all you need: kitchen, a nice dining room, desks in the bedrooms, and lots of outdoor spaces. We spent evenings on the roof enjoying the sunset. The complex has two great pools. WiFi is excellent throughout. The location is good -- you can walk to a nice coffee place, and lots of restaurants in town are walkable or bikeable. However, we rented a car, which was probably crucial as it allowed us to access the beach and the town, as well as do day trips to Cobá (must do!) and Valladolid (not touristy). We had a great week and highly recommend Ligaya's place!

Karla and her husband were amazing. I had a wonderful stay at this place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and prompt. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

I really enjoyed this apartment in Tulum! It was very clean and comfortable, had everything I needed. Walking distance to great restaurants and many tour meet-up destinations. The front desk staff are so helpful and friendly. Bonus the supermarket is right across the street. There is a gym and 2 separate pools, it was a great get away! Would 100% recommend to anyone traveling to Tulum.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at Vianney’s Airbnb. The space was beautiful, clean, and just as stunning as the photos. It felt very private and peaceful, which made it perfect for our getaway. The rooftop pool was a highlight—we spent so much time relaxing up there! Vianney was a wonderful host—super helpful and responsive. She gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area and even connected us with a private driver, which made getting around so easy. The location was convenient with some places within walking distance, and the concierge helped us rent both a bike and an ATV on different days. The building felt very safe with 24/7 security on-site, which gave us extra peace of mind. Overall, we had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, in a great area. Only trouble was a power and water outage for a couple of hours but wasn’t that big of a deal and typical for the area. Overall I would stay here again and the free daily cleaning option is awesome! Highly recommend!

El espacio exterior privado con la alberca (piscina) y las plantas protegiéndote de la vistas es espectacular. El condominio donde está emplazado es muy lindo. I stayed a little longer than one month. If you’re looking for a quiet place that is nature connected, this is the definitely the right decision! I loved the fact of waking up every morning in the middle of the trees, hearing the birds and seeing them play outside from the bed. Lisa is very helpful for any open questions and I loved her recommendations on airbnb. Humberto the house manger is always on site to help, very kind and helpful. The only information that I would liked to have known before, the Internet and Tulum is often very poor. If you’re here longer to work, there is a place called digital jungle they have there own generator, there internet works even if it doesn’t in the Neighborhood. Thank you Lisa I hope I will have soon the chance to come back!

Joel’s place was clean and modern. Great spot for 4 people, when you get closer to 5-6 people sharing bathroom gets difficult. We enjoyed walking to the downtown area and eating at Marina’s Tacos stand around the corner. Joel helped us whenever we needed it and was quick to respond every time. The kitchen was equipped for basic cooking with a couple small pans but not butter or oil. Highly recommend stopping by a store to use the kitchen space! Overall, our group enjoyed our stay with easy parking, modern living, big balcony, and a nice pool space.

Carlita is an amazing host. She was always available to help and give us recommendations. The apartment is very nice, it had everything we needed. The apartment complex is fantastic, with pool, bar, gym and spa, including security at all times and with a great location. I would totally recommend this place.

The condo is in the La Valetta neighbourhood, which is a developing neighbourhood with condos and more being built. there were some great restaurants within walking distance but it is not close to the beach. We rented a car and that served us well. The space is nicely furnished over two floors, with a private bedroom and two baths on the top floor, with a balcony and plunge pool. I enjoyed swimming in the rooftop pool and we used the fitness centre on the same floor as our apartment. Remember this is Mexico, we had one event where electricity blipped off and then some appliances didn't start up. Lisa with Origin was very responsive to issues we had. She helped got maintenance in to attend to the problem with the appliances. Lisa also acts as a virtual concierge and helped book a car ferry to Cozumel and gave us tips for beach clubs/
