Holiday rentals with a patio in La Trinité

the apartment was local to public transport. The train takes you to Nice and Monaco in one direction and Ventimiglia in Italy in opposite direction. The architecture in Menton is beautiful the city is safe and very clean.

We stayed at Edi’s for a week in June and I could not recommend it more. The most accommodating and responsive host, beautiful apartment perfectly located. We will be back!

Jens’ flat is the perfect place for two couples visiting Nice. Decorated in a stylish nouveau chic motif, it features two comfortable king-sized beds and a small balcony with a charming peek-a-view of the Mediterranean—you can watch boats and yachts drift by in the distance. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The flat is impeccably clean and comes well-equipped with quality bath and beach towels, along with a sufficiently stocked kitchen for basic cooking needs. Hanna Hess (Property Management) and her team were professional and incredibly helpful with communication. The check-in process was the most informative and thorough I’ve ever experienced—thank you, Nonna!

Wonderful Apartment. The view was mesmerising and felt like a postcard. Walkable to restaurants and seafront (uphill on return) comfy beds, quiet. All you needed. Was the perfect three night stay with plenty of room for our family of four. We will be back!!!

A five star apartment from a five star host. Cannot say enough good things about both this apartment and our wonderful host Nico. Nico was the perfect host friendly, attentive and very helpful. The apartment is to a very high standard. It’s in a great location, 10 minutes from the old town and promenade des Anglais. Plenty excellent bars, shops and restaurants next to the apartment. Walking distance to Nice train station. The sun deck was the perfect spot to relax after a busy day with our complimentary bottle of wine. A very nice touch! Highly recommend

The place is newly renovated and is really nice from the inside. Everything is new and it was lovely staying here with the kids. The location was brilliant. Everywhere we wanted to go is walking distance. A lot of good restaurants, and parks all around. The host was amazing and very responsive. I will definitely come back here to stay.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

It was the best accommodation in my airbnb experience. Host offered service snacks for welcome and He said goodbye to me when I leave

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

My family and I stayed at this airbnb for about 5 days and it was absolutely breathtaking and incredible. There are gorgeous views from every room and plenty of space for a full family or group. Jesper was super responsive and helpful. It was very easy to get to the different little towns in the surrounding area and we would book here again in a heartbeat. One of the highlights of our trip for sure and would highly recommend booking here!

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

Peter was a very helpful host, his messages were clear and quickly sent. Peter met us, helped us with our bags and gave a quick but informative tour of the apartment. The apartment was well appointed with everything basic you need. It was lovely and clean. The only downside was that we were unable to hang laundry on the balcony due to building restrictions.

Very good stay in a very quiet environment with a beautiful terrace. Very well-equipped accommodation and friendly host. We will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

The apartment is perfect , it is comfortable , well equipped which allows you to have a great stay! Location is ideal if you want to visit the coast! Good restaurants next door. Mélanie and James are amazing hosts...very responsive and attentive , we had a great dialogue with them!! If you want to have a great time on the coast , this is the place!!!

It was a really relaxing accommodation. As described, the surrounding environment had a beach right in front and restaurants with good ratings. The accommodation was tidy and had all the necessary amenities. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy the trip very comfortably.

Great apartment in a central location and close to the Promenade . Maria is a very responsive and gracious host. The apartment is bright, well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The terrasse is spacious. Everything was as described. We highly recommend this beautiful place! Thank you Maria! 😊

We really enjoyed our 4 nights here. As others have said, it is well located, so walking distance to most things or a short bus ride, plus 7 min walk to and from the train. It is possible to get to the apartment with luggage from the train station without using stairs but it took us a few days to work out which streets and elevators (lifts) to use to do this. The best thing about this apartment is the terrace. It is large with sun and shade so we had all our meals out there. It was also handy for drying our laundry, although the washing machine has a dryer function too. We had sunny warm days in late May and loved Mala Beach and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin beach for swimming. The beds were comfortable and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. We liked the Le Marche supermarket best (better than the Carrefour) with both being around the same distance walk. Thanks for a lovely stay Sarah and all your helpful communication and advice. We would stay here again!
