The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The place was just great! It looked even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything was prepared and clean upon our arrival. The pool and outdoor kitchen are a real highlight. The sea can be reached in 2 minutes, and there are numerous good restaurants on the promenade. Malin's housekeeper was always available and had good tips for the area. Perfect for groups, each bedroom has its own bathroom. We felt right at home.

You truly cannot beat this location! It was steps to the beach, has parking and is very well equipped. The house is comfortable for 5 to 6 people and there are plenty of areas around the house and on the roof terrace to find your quiet space. The roof terrace is definitely the "piece de resistance". The best place to watch the sunrise and sunset, beautiful yoga/meditation sessions, morning coffee and/or evening drinks. The small patio on the far side of the house with a hammock is also a tranquil getaway. Perfect for an afternoon siesta. Laura was an amazing co-host and was above and beyond responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The surroundings are beautiful, and the outside space along with the villa itself exceeded expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking on the bbq on the terrace and eating outside (in many different places!!). We also loved all the dragonflies and birds that swooped around the pool. A fabulous time in la Xara - we will be back!!

Super nice house, in summer, when it's bathing time, a dream, the garden is very well maintained and beautiful. Despite winter, I was able to sit or lie in the sun very often. The surroundings invite you to hike, super quiet location, perfect for relaxing. In the evening by the fireplace, just wonderful. There was a place where there was sun at any time of the day. And the fresh lemons right off the tree, wonderful. Thomas is a perfect host, very helpful and has a solution for everything, thank you for the wonderful stay in this beautiful house.

Perfect house for 6 people, very spacious, a beautiful and well-kept garden along with a super well-located pool with sun all day, practical and clean kitchen, it has a dining room and a living room to watch TV, all the rooms had fans and you slept comfortably. Quiet neighborhood, you can breathe peace. We loved staying there, the host was very nice and adapted very well to our schedules, and they also lent us a travel crib for our baby. I definitely recommend this charming house.

The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, kind people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Beautiful property for a relaxing break. The house has everything you need and is beautifully designed. The outdoor terrace has such a nice feel to it, perfect space to enjoy breakfast or dinner and wine in the evening. Gata the cat is my far the best welcome committee.

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. A super nice stay, very luxurious and clean. Lovely swimming pool with fine sun loungers. Nice seating area outside. Herbs etc present in the kitchen. Host was very responsive to questions. It is smart to rent a car to explore the area.

House located in a very quiet urbanization and just minutes from downtown. The house is beautiful even better than the photos, it is not missing detail and with an incredible pool and surrounded by a very well cared for patio. In the backyard it has a garden furniture area with a jacuzzi that is a delight. The host always aware that all was well. In short, 10. We will be back for sure

Our stay at Villa Enri was wonderful. The setting is spectacular and the house is as Vale explains in her description: beautiful, well-kept and not lacking in detail. He was also a perfect host, offering us all kinds of amenities and facilities. We are very grateful. It is a perfect place to disconnect and rest while enjoying with friends and/or families. We highlight the pool area with its wonderful and well-kept garden, the barbecue with the lawn and jacuzzi area, ideal for the night viewing the stars. In addition, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We loved our month stay. The views were so beautiful. The house was very clean. And our communication with Jacqueline was great. She checked in on us and made sure that all was ok thru out our stay. We had a wonderful stay of three nights in Raul's apartment in Xàbia. The communication in advance and during our stay was completely uncomplicated – we were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need for a relaxed stay. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful balcony, which was a pleasant retreat even on warm days thanks to sufficient shade. Another highlight was the two deck chairs, which you could comfortably take to the pool – a great addition! Xàbia itself absolutely delighted us: the sandy beach is fantastically beautiful, the water is crystal clear, and the beach promenade offers many great restaurants with a direct view of the sea. In June, the place was pleasantly quiet and not crowded at all - perfect for relaxing. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place. Many thanks to Raul for the wonderful time!

The place is beautiful and was spotless, we felt right at home. The area is pedestrian and central. We really appreciated the air conditioning. We would definitely repeat.

I really enjoyed my stay. The views of the ocean are incredible!! What a joy to cook from the kitchen looking out over the ocean and then eat on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. The location is great to pop down for a morning swim or snorkel, go for a hike, or an evening stroll along the seafront. Communication was easy and friendly.

We spent 7 weeks with the whole family at Nader's place and had a great time. The house is in a great location close to mountains, beaches, shops and town all within 10 minutes by car. The garden with the pool is very nice, there are fruit trees and the children could play here. The whole neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The house is well equipped, the internet here is very fast and suitable for work. We really enjoyed playing ping pong. We highly recommend staying at Nader's place and would love to come back.

Very nice fully renovated/re-built town house on two floors. The upper floor is like a big en-suite bedroom and living room. Nice courtyard in the back to sit and relax. Free street parking available. Clean and well equipped apartment. Location is walkable from town center (restaurants, shops), beaches 10-15 minutes by car. Furnishing above-average quality (unusual for airbnb). Friendly owners living close by. We have enjoyed our stay and shall repeat it if the opportunity arises. Highly recommended.
