The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Todo fue perfecto!!! , Anne nos atendió en todo momento , fue rápida en su comunicación con nosotros , atenta y amable , la casa era una preciosidad , limpia , acogedora y bonita , sobre todo me gustó que tuviese aires acondicionados en cada habitación , la piscina al lado de la barbacoa también me gustó mucho , y al estar en una zona de montaña se respiraba aire puro , volvería sin dudarlo , gracias Anne por estos 2 días que nos has alquilado tu casa !

Die Unterkunft war einfach super! Sie sah noch schöner aus als auf den Bildern. Alles war vorbereitet und sauber zu unserer Ankunft. Der Pool und die Outdoorküche sind ein richtiges Highlight. Das Meer ist in 2 min zu erreichen, und an der Promenade gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants. Malins Haushälter war immer erreichbar und hatte gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Für Gruppen perfekt, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt.

You truly cannot beat this location! It was steps to the beach, has parking and is very well equipped. The house is comfortable for 5 to 6 people and there are plenty of areas around the house and on the roof terrace to find your quiet space. The roof terrace is definitely the "piece de resistance". The best place to watch the sunrise and sunset, beautiful yoga/meditation sessions, morning coffee and/or evening drinks. The small patio on the far side of the house with a hammock is also a tranquil getaway. Perfect for an afternoon siesta. Laura was an amazing co-host and was above and beyond responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The surroundings are beautiful, and the outside space along with the villa itself exceeded expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking on the bbq on the terrace and eating outside (in many different places!!). We also loved all the dragonflies and birds that swooped around the pool. A fabulous time in la Xara - we will be back!!

Mega schönes Haus, im Sommer, wenn Badezeit ist, ein Traum, der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Trotz Winter konnte ich sehr oft in der Sonne sitzen oder liegen. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein, super ruhige Lage, perfekt zum entspannen. Am Abend am Kamin, einfach wundervoll. Es gab zu jeder Tageszeit ein Ort wo es Sonne gab. Und die frischen Zitronen direkt vom Baum, herrlich. Thomas ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und hat für alles eine Lösung, danke für den wundervollen Aufenthalt, in diesem wunderschönen Haus.

Casa perfecta para 6 personas, muy espaciosa, un jardín precioso y bien cuidado junto con una piscina super bien ubicada con sol todo el día, cocina práctica y limpia, cuenta con comedor y una salita para ver la tele, todas las habitaciones tenían ventiladores y se dormía agusto. Urb tranquila, se respira paz. Nos ha encantado la estancia allí, la anfitriona muy simpática y se adaptó muy bien a nuestros horarios, además nos prestaron una cuna de viaje para nuestro bebé. Recomiendo sin duda esta casa con tanto encanto.

Un apartamento de lujo excelente súper cómodo, amplio una decoración muy hermosa y con una vista ejemplar, tiene de todo está muy bien equipado y es súper cómodo y tranquilo la verdad de las mejores experiencias este lugar..... las personas que nos recibieron a mi grupo y a mi, súper buenas personas amables y sobre todo muy atentos a siempre responder lo que necesitábamos total y finalmente una pasada está genial se merece un 1000 de 10

Un lugar perfecto para desconectar. La tranquilidad es total, sin ruidos, solo el de la naturaleza y los pájaros. Estos dos días hemos descansado como nunca, nos hemos relajado. Además, la decoración es maravillosa, todo está cuidado al detalle, creando un ambiente muy acogedor y bonito. ¡Nos ha encantado!

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. Een super fijn verblijf, erg luxe en schoon. Heerlijk zwembad met fijne ligstoelen. Fijne zitplek buiten. Kruiden etc aanwezig in de keuken. Host reageerde erg snel op vragen. Wel slim om een auto te huren om de omgeving te verkennen.

Casa situada en una urbanizacion muy tranquila y a pocos minutos del centro. La casa es preciosa incluso mejor que en las fotos,no le falta detalle y con una piscina increible y rodeado de patio muy bien cuidado . En el patio trasero tiene una zona de muebles de jardin con un jacuzzi que es una delicia. La anfitriona siempre pendiente de que todo estuviera bien. En definitiva de 10. Volveremos seguro

Nuestra estancia en Villa Enri ha sido maravillosa. El entorno es espectacular y la casa es tal y como Vale explica en su descripción: bonita, cuidada y no le falta detalle. Además ha sido un perfecto anfitrión ofreciéndonos todo tipo de comodidades y facilidades. Nos sentimos muy agradecidas. Es un lugar perfecto para desconectar y descansar a la vez que para disfrutar con amigos y/o familias. Destacamos la zona de la piscina con su maravilloso y cuidado jardín, la barbacoa con el césped y zona de jacuzzi, ideal para la noche visualizando las estrellas. Además las camas son muy cómodas y al cocina preciosa y cómoda. Muy recomendable.

We loved our month stay. The views were so beautiful. The house was very clean. And our communication with Jacqueline was great. She checked in on us and made sure that all was ok thru out our stay. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten in der Wohnung von Raul in Xàbia. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts war völlig unkompliziert – wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders genossen haben wir den schönen Balkon, der dank ausreichend Schatten auch an warmen Tagen ein angenehmer Rückzugsort war. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die beiden Liegestühle, die man bequem mit zum Pool nehmen konnte – eine tolle Ergänzung! Xàbia selbst hat uns absolut begeistert: Der Sandstrand ist traumhaft schön, das Wasser glasklar, und die Strandpromenade bietet viele tolle Lokale mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Im Juni war der Ort angenehm ruhig und überhaupt nicht überlaufen – perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Raul für die schöne Zeit!

El alojamiento es precioso y estaba impecable, nos sentimos como en casa. La zona es peatonal y céntrica. Agradecimos mucho el aire acondicionado. Repetiríamos sin duda.

I really enjoyed my stay. The views of the ocean are incredible!! What a joy to cook from the kitchen looking out over the ocean and then eat on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. The location is great to pop down for a morning swim or snorkel, go for a hike, or an evening stroll along the seafront. Communication was easy and friendly.

We spent 7 weeks with the whole family at Nader's place and had a great time. The house is in a great location close to mountains, beaches, shops and town all within 10 minutes by car. The garden with the pool is very nice, there are fruit trees and the children could play here. The whole neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The house is well equipped, the internet here is very fast and suitable for work. We really enjoyed playing ping pong. We highly recommend staying at Nader's place and would love to come back.

Very nice fully renovated/re-built town house on two floors. The upper floor is like a big en-suite bedroom and living room. Nice courtyard in the back to sit and relax. Free street parking available. Clean and well equipped apartment. Location is walkable from town center (restaurants, shops), beaches 10-15 minutes by car. Furnishing above-average quality (unusual for airbnb). Friendly owners living close by. We have enjoyed our stay and shall repeat it if the opportunity arises. Highly recommended.
