Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in La Plata County

This was the perfect place for our group to stay for a final spring break trip! The lifts were extremely close and easy to get to, as well as the restaurants and shops at the base of the resort.

I want to be very objective with this review, the house is big and well equipped, the views are beautiful, the location is very good if you plan to spend time in the towns of Ouray, Silverton and Telluride and the mountains of San Juan, however the cleaning It was not good, we made some complaints and they sent someone, however it is an aspect that should be improved, if you are very sensitive about this issue, think about it. In general terms it was very good.

Great spot. This ski in/ski out is steps from the lifts and dining. Host was very responsive. As a family of 4 we were very comfortable. Location is great for skiing at Purgatory.

Excellent location to experience a true Ski In/Out in Purgatory Ski Resort. The condo is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. We will definitively stay there again.

Everything went better than expected for our stay in this ski in/ski out condo on Purgatory Mtn!!! Newly remodeled space that was clean and cozy for our family’s getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay and the small washer/dryer not locked up was a bonus! The host went above and beyond furnishing the condo so guests wouldn’t be wanting. Great place!

The 10 children staying with us called it a castle. Each family (3) had their own floor which was a bonus, since all the children were very loud, as children are. Would go back!

Went for a birthday weekend over memorial day weekend and had an absolute blast. The place was gorgeous and very spacious in all the rooms and common area. The only thing was a fair amount of spiders in the basement bedroom(the bunkbed room) but other than that everything was fantastic!

Great place, very short walk to the lifts, very convenient for grabbing lunch at the condo on a ski break. The patio facing the slopes is great and makes it very easy to just walk right out to plaza and the lifts. VRC provided a nice quantity of basic amenities for the laundry, dishwasher, and bathrooms, thank you! Overall a great stay!

Great location. Easy to walk back and forth to the lift. Jacuzzi is awesome and the unit is upgraded and nice.

This was a perfect spot for our family trip. Close to Mesa Verde, Silverton and the Million Dollar drive. The view from our condo was amazing I would definitely recommend!

My friends and I had a great time in Purgatory Resort! We were literally steps away from the Mountain Bike Rental and the Ski lift which made it so easy for us to go in and out of the room from the mountain! The room was also very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Owen was very friendly and their place was very comfortable! Easy access to absolutely everything, quiet building, hot tub just steps away, very clean, very comfortable bed and linens and lots of little extras in the kitchen. We’ll def be back!!

This place was spacious and close to the ski lifts- 5 minute walk. We liked thatbot had separate beds in the spare bedroom so our kids didn't have to sleep in the same bed. It is overall a nice place.

Wonderful place to stay at Purgatory Ski Resort — a short walk to the ski-in / ski-out location. Norm was helpful and responsive when we had a request and was willing to accommodate us. Would stay again!

Wonderful slope-side location. So convenient and great amenities, including access to hot tub! I would highly recommend for a family ski trip.

The condo is a simple and level walk to the base of the mountain; approximately 150 meters to lift #1. Communication was great. The ski is very family friendly.

Angel Haus 221 was amazing! It easily fit our 6 people: 3 adults + 3 kids, ages 13, 11 and 9. The price was terrific and the location was incredible. It was easy to get to and one block from everything - there's a side road you can walk to that lets you go straight to the lift and right to the village (rentals, food, etc). The rooms were warm; we were actually hot the first night as we learned how to properly set the heat. And best of all it is right next to the hot tub! We were literally 10 feet from it, so we didnt have to bundle up to go from our room to the hot tub. Loved it!

Great location for skiing. Stocked kitchen. Enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation would be to have key pad for entry instead of 1 key. That way as people want to return to condo you don’t all have to be together.

The place was great! Very clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. The grill on the back patio was a great plus! The host was very responsive to our questions! We were able to walk to the lift line each morning in about ~5 minutes. Hot tub is currently not working.

Stevens place was just what I needed as a base for mountain biking the higher routes, bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped, liked the rocking arm chair, shower was great, being able to bring my gear in through sliding door was great, only thing that might spoil a stay here is you can hear people moving around on floor above, I was lucky and people above me went to bed around same time as me so wasn't an issue for me, price probably takes that into account considering how high prices have got up at purgatory in the fall now
