Beautiful view of the lake. It was very peaceful. Place had lots of cups and utensils and cooking pans. Also had lots of cooking oil and butter and spices for cooking. Even had a grill to use. Hot tub was perfect. Place had no ac but like the instructions mentioned to leave a window open and it keeps the house cool. Upstairs had a fan. Also had washer and dryer which came in handy. A dog door, dog bowls and dog bed. It was dog loving cabin. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed Hummingbird at Elk Point Lodge. Nolan and Olive were easy to work with and communicated everything clearly. They were responsive to all needs. The cabin was very clean, as well as the hot tub. It’s a really beautiful and peaceful location with great amenities. Will do again soon!

My husband, me and my three children truly enjoyed our stay! We tried to go to Dolores twice a year and more excited to know that we found a new place for the family to stay everything about. It is absolutely perfect we just wish we could bring our dogs 🖤 It was easy access the river was beautiful, cozy outdoor firepit ! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking! The house was well stocked of anything that we needed that we may have forgotten and the host was extremely easy to contact when needed. We notice some flyers for the ranch next-door and was able to enjoy an afternoon of horseback riding one minute from the home!! The next day, we went ouray our favorite place ! Next time we’ll be sure to make a stop and Telluride again! Thank you so much for opening your beautiful home to our family we are so grateful!!! 🖤 the Anderson family !!!

This cabin was the perfect winter getaway! Located just a short drive from Purgatory Ski Resort, it’s nestled in a peaceful, secluded setting surrounded by beautiful trees and plenty of snow. The cozy cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the serene atmosphere made it feel like a true escape. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet retreat with easy access to the slopes!

The house was great. Exactly how described. The kitchen is fully stocked from dishes and cookware to spices. Loved the attention to detail in decor. The first day we got there we had a problem w the hot tub continually tripping the breaker. The team was responsive and quick in having someone come out and it was fixed within 24 hours. Only piece of advice I would pass along, take chairs for lounging on back patio. The grill and hot tub are back there. Would be nice to have some chairs for hanging out all together. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Morgan's place for 5 nights (with 7 people) and had a terrific experience! Her home is very private, beautifully decorated and worked perfectly for us (plenty of space to spread out). We had a wood burning fire in the fireplace one night and enjoyed the large kitchen table for playing games and having some of our meals. The property location is just a few minutes up the road from Purgatory Ski Resort, very convenient for summer/winter activities. We spent one morning at the ski resort riding their mountain coaster, scenic chairlift and shopping at the stores there. Most other days we day-tripped to Durango, Ouray, and also rode the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, etc. Mesa Verde National Park is also a short 1.5 hour drive from the house. The linens, pillows, towels, etc. were all very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Morgan was a very responsive host! We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

We had such a great time staying here. The location is perfect and everything was exactly how it was described. Great views and the bar next door had great food and drinks too.

Scott was great, this place was well stocked to take advantage of the nearby hot springs and nice to be able to take a small hike right from the house. Great place to have a laid back weekend.

If you are looking for a true cabin in the woods —- one that feels like something from another time and also has a jetted tub and SUUUPER comfy beds this is your place. It is cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by absolute beauty. The aspens are amazing and the lake is like a 2 minute drive. We had such a wonderful time and felt right at home. I can’t recommend this cabin enough.

Lemon Lake Lodge was the perfect getaway for our extended family stay. We were here the week of Thanksgiving and everyone enjoyed their stay with sunny weather to snow. The view and surrounding area was breathtaking! Thank you for a memorable family vacation!

This is a very rustic gem away from everything, I absolutely loved how peaceful and quiet it was and I’ve never seen so many stars at night in my life! Elena was incredibly friendly and the hospitality was phenomenal!

We had a beautiful and relaxing week at Anne’s cabin. The property was beautiful and felt remote but was close enough to Durango that we could drive into town for dinner and activities. The WiFi was quick, the water was hot, and the fenced patio was perfect for the dogs! What more could you want??

We had a great stay at this cozy cabin! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the river and close to many beautiful trails. The cabin itself was very clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best parts was the dog-friendly atmosphere—there were even nearby trails perfect for walking our pup.

The cabin was great! Well kept, and well stocked. My kids had the best time taking in the view of the lake and the mountains from the back porch. We loved it!!

The host was very nice and welcoming, answered any questions I had, provided suggestions and allowed an early check-in. I stayed on a holiday weekend & only booked the week before. There was hardly any availability in the area, I’m not sure if the pricing was adjusted due to the holiday but $150 per night is steep in my opinion for just a room with only beds. It was the cheapest option we could find & we did love our stay, just not sure it’d be worth that much given different circumstances. The communal bathrooms were kept clean, only other down side would be how close we were to our neighbors. I would definitely suggest a riverside site so you’re not as surrounded & the river is quite beautiful.

This cute cottage was perfect for our anniversary weekend! We were able to squeeze our two dogs in the cabin with us. If you are into boating and beautiful views, this is the spot! It was also very relaxing and peaceful. It is a ways away from town, but if you don’t mind driving, this place is worth it. René was an excellent host! she was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Older cabin, but very clean and well maintained. We loved our stay and enjoyed sitting on the deck.

Jason’s place was the perfect place for our Labor Day weekend. It was a beautiful cabin, in a serene and scenic area that was not too far from town. Short distance to many beautiful hikes and our dog had the best time swimming in the nearby reservoirs. Everything at the cabin was as described, and had everything we needed to cook/grill, and it was very clean upon check in. Jason was super responsive and even recommended a few local hikes and restaurants. We would absolutely come back again. If this place is available next time you are in the Durango area, don’t miss it, you will love it here!

Great place in a beautiful location! Close enough to the town of Bayfield, and about 20-25min drive to Durango. Place was clean, affordable, and had just about everything we needed. We loved the extra touches of an included bottle of wine and feminine products. Those small gestures were wonderful and unexpected. We had an issue with the water heater, but the hosts were quick to respond and help us get it solved- which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we recommend this spot and would stay again!

We had great time staying at this Durango home. We golfed, swam, hiked and rode bikes in Durango area. It’s a beautiful and well stocked place.

Great place, right on the river, very secluded. The cabin was well appointed and the hosts very friendly, as were their dogs. the cabin is right next to the main road, which was noisy. we enjoyed hiking the nearby trails and exploring Cortez and Telluride.

Wendy was such an amazing host! We had trouble with our car rental and Wendy was very flexible with us and extremely hospitable! We can’t wait to visit again!

My partner and I had a lovely time at Hoot and Holler! The location is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful with lots of room. It was such a cool house with lots of character and Tern was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here and taking in the beautiful property!

Cabin was simply amazing! Longer drive off the main road, but nothing to be scared of. The cabin was great and just as described. The proximity to Lemon Reservoir and the Florida River was perfect. Easy 30 minute drive to downtown Durango. Beds, kitchen, bathrooms, outside patio, et all were great and just as described in the listing. Would definitely recommend and wishing we were already back there. Thank you Janet and Victoria!!
