Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in La Plata County

This was our second time staying here and definitely reinforced everything we loved the first time. Very clean. So comfortable. They provide everything you could need. And you cannot beat the location!! We are grateful for Sarah sharing this little oasis in Durango.

Incredible house in and incredible location with an incredible host. The house was immaculate and very clean, we felt right at home. Sarah made the whole experience for all guests very memorable, comfortable, and heartwarming. We couldn’t say enough about the house, the stay, or the host. We met for a family reunion and had a great time. The house is spacious and comfortable and the view from the large patio is exceptional. You can really see the river down below and the mountains in the distance. Lovely way to start and end the day.

Perfect place. Had lunch catered for 25 people. (only 8 stayed the night) Lots of room to visit both indoors and out.

Melissa's place was spotless, private, quiet, and walking distance to the best coffee shop in Durango. The space itself is airy and light-filled, with a comfy bed. I loved how centrally located it was while still being able to see deer walking by at sunset. It stayed plenty warm in the middle of January, and I would absolutely stay here again.

This home is wonderfully laid out, is well taken care of, intuitive, and well-stocked. My kids loved spreading out and nestling in after our days’ activities in the Durango/Silverton area. With views on every side, we spent time spent time grilling on the back patio, cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, and hanging out in the hot tub. It really felt like a destination in and of itself. Jenny was easy to work with, too. Just book it!

Our family had a great stay at Barbara’s place, such a peaceful setting! We enjoyed several nights sitting by the river. The house is well appointed, unique, and very clean. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only thing to note is that the two single beds are in a loft that is accessed by a ladder. Exciting for kids, maybe, but not so much for the fifth adult in our group. Fortunately there was a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Beautiful peaceful location adjacent to Durango bike/walk path. Bikes available to use which was a plus for us because we flew to Colorado and like to bike. Place is decorated nicely and very comfortable for our stay. Donna responded quickly to all of questions. Would stay again when in Durango.

This spot was beautiful, the decor and the views were so lovely! It was so close to town and other fun activities. My kids loved the trail to the waterfall, right across the road! Brooke was very responsive and helpful, I would definitely stay here again when in the area. Thanks for sharing your space!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The back yard is awesome for both kids and dogs. It sits right on a creek and they have sand toys, a fire pit and plenty of seating in the backyard for all to enjoy. Our unit was a bit dated but was described accurately. It had a Murphy bed downstairs which worked great for the kids. The upstairs bed was very plush and comfy. The only issue was the shower backs up a bit. Besides that, great stay. Look forward to returning.

Very nice apartment with all that is needed for a relaxing stay. Jason had prepared everything very well. It was the only Airbnb on our trip that had the Pack‘n‘Play and the high chair for our child already set up. Thanks for hosting us!

Quiet, nice view of the mountains, very clean, 40 steps to the third story. Had a very well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed. Recommend.

Brittany’s place was very nice! We loved the location with the river & the train. The apartment had very nice finishes. All the linens were very nice and the bed was great! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. Lovely place. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the best Air BnB I have stayed in. It is a beautiful well thought out home. It is located on a beautiful lake. We enjoyed the peacefulness. The host are the best and went the extra mile to ensure our trip was perfect!

Our first time at Purgatory with our family of 5 and the location was great! Hosts were responsive if we had a question, a short walk to the ski lift and loved that it was on the first floor. Also loved the bench outside the door to put on and take off your ski boots. Highly recommend!

Aliyas place was a wonderful place to stay with a party of 4. Separate bathrooms, but common areas where we could cook, dine & enjoy each others company. Amenities were great, and so was the location. It was quiet and nice and it was a great night's rest. Thanks Aliya!

We stayed at Melissa’s place for my niece’s high school graduation. The location ended up being more perfect than we had intended! It was an easy drive to and from town, and very quiet! It was absolutely perfect, and everything we were looking for it to be. The area was clean and very welcoming. Instructions were easy to follow, and the place was easy to find! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

I would 100% recommend Josh's place -- it's fresh and modern, has every amenity plus a sweet rooftop patio -- it was so easy and comfortable to be here. I was immediately at home. It's a short walk to downtown Durango, and the wonderful Coop grocery store is right across the street. Josh was quick to respond and friendly. I would stay here again!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Stayed at Andrews for 5 days- wonderful location. Loved the town and his place is very comfy and cozy. I'd definitely stay there again, can hike anywhere from his place which I loved.
