We were very well received by Odile. Very clean and very well-equipped accommodation. We had a great stay with sea views. Occasionally, we'll come back.

Laëtitia is a friendly and accommodating hostess. The apartment is as advertised. Tastefully decorated, it is very pleasant and functional. A stone's throw from the beach, close to amenities, shops and restaurants. My professional stay was well enhanced thanks to Laëtitia and her accommodation!

Functional accommodation, ideal location near a forest and a very nice beach. I was on a business trip and it was very reassuring to have Fabrice and Gäetane nearby. Being able to park easily was a big plus because it saved time. I also enjoyed the terrace and the fact that there was no one opposite. Attentive and very discreet hosts.

I would recommend Laurence's place. Very practical, very clean, ideally located with small touches that are nice. If I come back to La Baule, I'll try it again! Even though it seems quite small, it is very well arranged and does not make you feel cramped. It's ideal for a short stay in La Baule!

Clean and nice place. An enclosed exterior so ideal if children (and pets which is our case). 5 minute walk to the sea by a rather pleasant little path. I recommend it

We were delighted with the view from this listing. Peaceful, it's so nice to wake up to the sea view. A very nice garden with all the equipment to enjoy, barbecue, deckchairs, parasol, table, clothes rack, beach game, fishing accessories and especially the ideal accessory for the seaside, the outdoor hose to rinse the equipment. The house is charming, perfect for 2 couples and 2 children. Our daughter loved the bunk bed. Small but efficient bathroom. The nearest beaches are very rocky but just a 15-minute walk away you will find Cormier beach perfect for the whole family! We would recommend this listing! Thanks to Melanie who hosted us in this house, our daughter loved her too!

Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

Very nice apartment. Well equipped, even coffee capsules were replenished in the supply by the very friendly Valery. Convenient parking, pleasant 10-15 minute walk to all major shops and many good restaurants. For two people, the apartment is ideal.
