Perfect: very pleasant, welcoming and accommodating host, quiet...

Our stay with Bruno was fantastic. We were in France for family visits and this cottage was by far the perfect place to stay. Everything was in good order: from the beds, to the kitchen, bathroom, living room with large TV and garden with even a BBQ present. It all looked new and tidy. Our host Bruno was very warm before and during our trip and responded quickly to our questions. All in all, it was a nice experience. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice studio in a barn, tastefully decorated and in perfect condition. Marianne and Maxime were very helpful. Our 3 days in Bouguenais went very well.

Romain had already been very friendly before our arrival, but as soon as we set foot in the accommodation, we felt the human warmth emanating from the walls! A home that is not only impeccable and well furnished but also full of small details that make you feel welcome (sheets that smell good AND ironed, a little welcome note, some candy...). Thanks to Romain for all this, it allowed us to feel comforted as we came to Nantes for the hospitalization of a loved one.

The place is clean and comfortable and perfectly suited our needs as a family. The property was easily accessible and although the surrounding area is quiet (No shop) but there are pleasant forest walks and a play area.

Emma was an amazing host. We instantly felt right at home in the apartment. The place was clean, very quite and close to a convenience store. Adding to that the fact that we were downtown Nantes, meaning we were within a walking distance to museums, the Loire, and lots of historical places and restaurants.

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

Excellent stay at Mickaël and Stéphanie's, who are keen to offer a warm welcome and make sure that you don't miss anything. they are also very responsive. I don't dare recommend for fear that the accommodation won't be available when I want to come back 😁 Thank you very much and I look forward to coming back soon

A great little studio with everything you need. Comfortable bed, great shower. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood. And you dont have to walk 900m to the flat, think thays a typo! Was only about 20. Parked out the front. It didn’t have any curtains over the window and the sun shone in so brightly in the morning, might bother some, but I never close curtains, so I enjoyed the sun on my face 😀

This is perfect accommodation for a couple. A very nicely converted apartment, well equipped and charmingly furnished. Bénédicte was kind enough to spend time explaining the area to us on check-in. The apartment is very centrally located in Nantes within walking distance of the main sights plus shopping and restaurants. As it is on the second floor and looking out onto a central courtyard, it is also very quiet. Be aware that the kitchen is small and there are two flights of stairs to reach the apartment.

Randy is a super responsive, courteous, friendly, welcoming host. The accommodation is on the top floor of a very quiet and well-located building that we of course recommend...

The accommodation is well-equipped, easy to access. Public transport is relatively close, about 500 m away. 2 bakeries nearby, 30 m for one and 100 m for the other. Instructions are clear. Importance of having a closed parking lot. I would this property.

Overall, I had an amazing stay! Walkable to public transport with supermarkets nearby. It’s a compact house. So, make sure to check all cupboards and under the table for pots and pans. The house is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. So, be prepared with lighter luggage. Beautiful space overall. Area after dark needs a little caution. Otherwise, quite safe and cheery with college students in the area in the day and evenings :)

Excellent week spent with my girlfriend! Perfect welcome and clean accommodation upon our arrival. If we thought we had a problem with the shutters that let a little light in, Nadette and her friend arrived the next day to put a curtain in it! Quiet place, close to everything + a swimming pool for a very reasonable price. Thank you Nadette! ☺️

We had a pleasant stay at Yann's place. It's spacious and well arranged. Our host was responsive and available to our requests. A special thank you for the little Easter eggs that my son didn't take long to find 👍🏻 I recommend

Very homely 'bigou' Apartment that had everything we required for our stay & was spotlessly clean. Marie was extremely responsive & accommodating even altering her own plans when we needed to change our dates last minute. The apartment was very quiet in a quiet street located near the beautiful jardin de plantes park.
