The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

Super comfortable and above all without complications, despite the fact that I was afraid that they would get confused with the entry code. This was our second time staying at Cathy’s place, and loved it! Definitely the best Airbnb in Surquillo, with the most friendly gentlemen at front desk. The whole building is clean, and looks brand new. Also, has a great park view! Place was clean and cozy, with everything needed in the kitchen to cook our own meals, and comfy beds with clean sheets and bedding. Also, great lighting! Truly one of the best around 🙌🏽

Everything is very good, the apartment is new, clean and tidy. The area is super quiet, and you can walk to good restaurants and areas to be in contact with nature, stroll through the olive grove, or run around the golf course. The people in the building administration are very friendly. I felt at home, I recommend it.

The apartment is everything it promises, exactly like the photos. We even used the grill, 24-hour security staff and very friendly. I was there for a month and I recommend it. There are always things that could be better, but nothing depends on Maria (who was always attentive to anything). They are building the swimming pool of the sports field in front (so every day from early on they are working building machinery), also the traffic at rush hour (the horns from 6pm to 9pm).

I love the location of Renzos place. Spacious, great views and everything you could need, steps from your door. And across the street is a big, beautiful park. Plus the outdoor space is hard to find in Lima. Would definitely recommend Renzos place!

Everything perfect and nice place!

It was just as it was in the photos. Pulcro everything. Good provision of towels and additional implements in kitchen, difference from other spaces. Furnishing was good materials. The TV had everything needed, WiFi hassle free. Comfortable and lots of light.

Overall we had a great stay and recommend as a good value place to stay in Miraflores. We loved the excellent location, comfortabale bed , high quality linens, prompt and friendly commu/nication from Lorena. Everything was clean and spotless. Nice to have a generous stock of toilet paper for our week stay. There is a grocery store across the street that is stocked with everything you need. The 24 hr security staff were very helpful and friendly. A few improvementss would make it even better sunch as new fry pans, chairs for the balcony and a more comfortable couch.

The flat was stylish and perfectly located. Everything was like in the pictures. The balcony was HUGE, we loved it. The communication was easy and quick.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to shops, bars, parks, and beach.
