Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Molina

The apartment was far more than what I could have expected for a business trip – from the location to the cleanliness to Rocío’s attentiveness to respond to all of my inquiries in a heartbeat. Rocío’s kindness really stood out as she made sure we were okay upon an earthquake having taken place. Furthermore, the fact that two full bathrooms are available came in very handy. Finally, all instructions – to check-in, to dispose the waste, to get in and out the apartment – were crystal-clear and intuitive.

The apartment is exactly as described. It was very clean and cozy. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The super market across the treat is very convenient. My only issue is we had to rush out of our ubers because the front door to the building is on a main road, so there was always honking or angry drivers behind us when our drivers stopped to let us out. Id suggest using the address to one of the stores in the parking lot next door to avoid this.

Excellent location with an amazing view. Margareth allowed us to check in early after the unit was cleaned and ready. She was great with communication and with her instructions. Short pleasant walk to Larcomar and nice restaurants nearby. We look forward to staying in the unit again at the end of our Peru trip!

In general, everything was very good in terms of the location of the apartment, to the security, the reception staff very attentive and polite. The site has everything you need for a quiet stay in Lima. Thank you very much!!!

Check-in was smooth and the front desk personnel are very friendly and welcoming. Claudia and Alonso's place was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean, spacious and even more beautiful in-person. We could look out the large windows at the best views! The coast line is right outside the doors with lots of parks, cafe's and restaurants within walking distance. We will return to Peru and stay with Claudia and Alonso again!

We loved staying at this apartment with a stunning view. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe, easy to walk around. Vladimir was very responsive to every question. This was a great experience with great views and the sound of the ocean!

Absolutely loved our stay in the apartment. Will definitely book it again. Barranco is a great neighborhood, and there is plenty to walk to. The apartment was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms were all very clean with linens provided and shampoo, conditioner and soap. Juan was an excellent host and very proactive with communication.

Before booking this place I took the time to read previous reviews and be careful as I was traveling with my mother, grandma and son. The moment we arrived, it felt like home. Every detail looks like the pictures. The tall ceilings and spacious areas were great for my 2 year old. The master bedroom was located on a different floor which was beautiful and more than enough closet space. I did have an issue with the wi-fi but Bruno & Lindis were responsive and Bruno fixed it within minutes. There’s a cleaning lady available at your request. She didn’t enter the apartment until we were on the premises, she was very helpful, nice, inspired trust & comfort. The doorman was very helpful as well. Since this is a “downtown” area, there was constant police presence and people walking around. We even saw police officers standing on a red light with a sign “honking is unnecessary” caring for the traffic noise. We felt comfortable and safe that booked this place again for our next trip.

Had a wonderful time. This is the second time my family has stayed in the house and it felt just as good as the first time. The house had everything we needed and was just as described in the listing. Sofia was a wonderful host and quickly responded our questions. Highly recommend it.

incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

A perfect oasis in Lima! This was the ideal place for me and my girlfriend—we value privacy, and the apartment is completely soundproof. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly, and stepping outside to the stunning view of the historic Huaca Pucllana makes you feel like you’re living in a hidden oasis. As a chef who visits Lima frequently and has stayed at Monica’s other flawless properties, I can say this is now my favorite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I need, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to Wong, the best international grocery store in the city. The bed is super comfortable, the laundry room is a great bonus, and the living room—with its beautiful design, outdoor patio, and grill area as the centerpiece—is truly a work of art. Honestly, the space is so cozy and well-designed, you won’t want to leave. Take Monica’s advice on walking distance restaurants. Only the best. Great taste in all departments. Don’t cheap out in Lima. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

My stay was excellent. The place is very comfortable, clean, nice and quiet, as seen in the photos or better. Communication with the host was very cordial and clear, always willing to help and explain everything necessary. Without a doubt, I recommend it.

Excellent, very cozy house for large groups, beautiful courtyard with beautiful trees and flowers, and a turtle that was a sensation for my children. 100% recommended. Everything immaculate.

We stayed for a few nights in Michelle’s incredible unit. It’s an amazing location, a very home-y unit, and a great place to be for a few nights. Michelle is a very kind host, I’ll definitely be back again!

Antonio hosts a super nice apartment, very nicely furnished living room, spacious master bath, everything in top condition. The building has 24 hr portaria, and is located at a green plaza. I will be back soon.

We had a great stay at Luis’ place! The location was perfect—close to food, excursions, and shopping. The portable heater was helpful on chilly nights, and the washer/dryer with complimentary soap was a huge plus for us light packers. Luis and his team were also kind enough to store our bags on our last day, which we really appreciated. One tip: brush up on your Spanish! The front desk speaks limited English, and it helps a lot with check-in and getting around. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.
