Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in La Guérinière

We had a great stay in L'Epine in the annex. The place was ideally located for a wedding at the Punta Lara hotel. This house is a corner of paradise in which we felt at home. The decoration is neat and the accommodation has all the necessary amenities to enjoy Noirmoutier (bike, barbecue, petanque, etc.) Clarisse was very responsive and clear in her communication. We hope to return one day 😀

Very good stay in Fabien's accommodation, which is consistent with the listing. Ideal location close to the sea and many walks. We recommend without hesitation and will gladly return for a future stay on the island of Noirmoutier.

Another year, another unforgettable stay at La Cana. We absolutely love the peaceful atmosphere, the stunning ocean views, and the swing that keeps the kids entertained for hours. The whole place has such a relaxed, welcoming vibe that makes it easy to unwind. David is a fantastic host—always responsive, though we rarely needed to reach out since the home is so well-equipped and the instructions are clear and thorough. We’d definitely love to come back again next year. Thank you once again, David, for being such a thoughtful and reliable host!

Charlotte's accommodation is a small cocoon that we left with regret. Quiet but close to all amenities within walking distance, very clean, very well furnished, cozy, in short, you feel very good and Charlotte is a very welcoming and pleasant host. I'd recommend it without a second thought

Unfortunately the weather was wet so a little cold in the accommodation but problem quickly resolved in a few minutes by contacting Laurence the concierge who warned Sébastien the owner. Fantastic place, modern, well thought out, clean and super well equipped, you feel good there immediately. The sea is just a stone's throw away with direct access to the beach, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to collect shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up with a sea view is amazing! The exterior is pleasant and flowery, watch out for snails early in the morning :) Don't hesitate! ;) Richard and Mafalda

Great stay in an apartment in the heart of the city with a beautiful view of the port! The best part is being able to store your bikes and helmets in a small, sheltered room.

We felt at home for 3 days:) The furniture is great, and the location is ideal, because it's really close to the beach and the customs trail. For a mother-daughter reunion, we couldn't have found a better place! The apartment has a magnificent view and is very well located; the large beach is at the foot of the building. The accommodation is very functional as for Aurore and Angélique, thank you for your warm welcome and responsiveness.
