Having arrived with idyllic weather, we very pleasantly enjoyed the place and the island of Yeu that we visited. Depending on the winds, the beaches are superb and within walking distance. Congratulations again on the house storage tips.

We spent two beautiful weeks at Jo's house. The highlight is the conservatory with the magnificent view of the sea. When it's windy, you can enjoy the sun and the tranquility on the garden terrace.

We had a great weekend with the family. The little house and annex are very cozy and tastefully decorated. Before the stay, Catherine sent us a very complete file on the accommodation and Noirmoutier in Ile. We recommend this listing and its owner. We'll go back.

We had a lovely weekend at this house. The location, right next to the sea, is ideal for access. The house is decorated with great taste combining refinement and comfort. The exterior is just as charming with a superb (and large) swimming pool for relaxing. Thank you for the welcome and flexibility on our arrival as well as our departure. We'll be happy to go back!

The house of Antoine is absolutely amazing. I have rarely enjoyed such a view. 😍 It is super quiet and private and it’s perfect for 8 people. Two gardens, a beautiful terrasse and a super nice balcony offers enough space to do whatever the mood is. After a long day of sun on one of the several cute and calm beaches you can reach by foot, you can fire the oven and get cosy. I personally loved the more rough and cliffy spot right in front of the house for a swim in the mornings and evenings 😎 Would come back anytime. 🫶 PS: We also loved the Boulangerie de la Pointe just a few minutes by foot away 🥐🥖

We had a pleasant stay in this spacious and clean apartment. Michael was very welcoming and friendly, however it is important not to park in the driveway to avoid any problems with the neighbors. The location close to the beach and the charming port of Herbaudière was an undeniable asset. We recommend this listing for families or groups of friends.

We had a pleasant stay with 2 toddlers and a small dog. Although Jean-Pierre uses a concierge, he is always available in case of need. A big plus for the location of the listing as it is located in a quiet location in a private residence at the bottom of a cul-de-sac and only a few hundred meters from the beach.

Isabelle is very friendly and welcoming. She gave me good advice on restaurants and hikes. The apartment was very clean and perfectly equipped. An ideal place to discover Pornic and the region. I highly recommend it!

Very clean accommodation and met our expectations. The bed is very comfortable. The street is quiet. Laurence is a very responsive and friendly host. Communication went very well. Possible to park the car right outside the door. We will definitely be back.

Spacious and beautiful apartment, close to the beach. We had expected a little more from the town but had a wonderful holiday. There is also plenty to do in the area.

This is my second time staying at Studio Queen. Sandra and Samuel hosts very nice, available and responsive with any questions. Modern, clean space. Choice to bring or rent your sheets. Really central accommodation, nearby shops and a laundromat belonging to them right next door. Very convenient .

The house is faithful to the description, well arranged, clean, spacious for our 4 families with children, the kitchen is very well equipped, it is located 5 min walk from the beach and a dozen from the small city center. Three quick notes though: - optional sheets/towels (certainly indicated in the description of the listing but I think that given the price of the rental it should not be an option) - a little more annoying: there is no basic grocery store (oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher product,...) nor basic hygiene (PQ, soap, washing machine product, garbage bag,...). Not practical and conducive to waste. - finally, cleaning is not included (also mentioned in the description), surely to raise awareness among tenants but to be taken into account especially if the keys have to be returned at 10 a.m.!

Beautiful house close to Port Joinville but far enough away to be really quiet. The house is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The equipment is complete. Our entire group of 9 adults had a great stay.

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!

We had a great weekend with the family. Very friendly welcome. House, linen very clean. Enclosed garden, perfectly suitable for children. We went to the sea, on foot. We would recommend it.

Thank you for this place: large, peaceful and very pleasant! we had 1 very nice stay with the family thanks to the spacious house and especially the pool that we were able to enjoy. Only small accuracy for the next guests: there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor but the bathroom is not accessible for 1 person in a wheelchair. we exchanged them with Corinne who took note. we did not understand each other when booking. apart from this small point that didn't taint our stay, everything went well!

Very nice accommodation, tastefully decorated and functional a short walk from the port. The terrace with its spa is a real plus to relax and enjoy with your surroundings. Responsive and accommodating host, we recommend this very friendly cottage!
