Villa holiday rentals in La Gaude

The accommodation is absolutely amazing with stunning views (especially in the morning with the sun rising over the sea). The host Arnaud is very responsive and attentive. I highly recommend it. 😌

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

This villa is a little gem, it’s better than the photos and the location is great, so close to the medieval town. I would advise you would need a car to stay here, but access is easy. Leo was very quick to respond to any questions. We will be coming back !!

A fantastic place for a large group and three separate families. The space was amazing. The view was even better than the photos. The kitchen was so well equipped with lsrge amounts of glasses, plstes, cutlery and cooking dishes. Amazing find. Pricey but well worth the money.

Highly recommend this rental. Location was perfect for the area. Annie was easy to deal with and was quick to respond. Yvonne, the house manager, was very helpful, showed us around the property and how things worked. She quickly responded when needed. The summary printed information sheet in the home was very useful in terms of things to do, shopping and recommendations for restaurants. The areas inside and outside the home were open, spacious and comfortable. Our group of three couples has lots of room, felt very comfortable and enjoyed our week.

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

We enjoyed our stay with Brigitte and Dominique. Detached villa; owners live upstairs. Privacy while owners are also available for questions. Excellent kitchen, fully equipped with appliances and tableware. Warm welcome with a bottle of rosé and two bottles of mineral water in the fridge. Also coffee and tea, bottle of olive oil and all kinds of small useful items. Plenty of space in the living room. Separate toilet, good bathroom with plenty of closet space and shower (with shower curtain). Nice bedroom with a good bed and plenty of closet space. All equipped with A/C. Often, there is a wonderful peace and quiet on and around the location. Outside, there are all kinds of seats and loungers. Via a path along exuberant lavender and 200-year-old olive tree to a wonderful private swimming pool that is available from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and is cleaned daily by Dominique. Beautiful panoramic view and view of Mediterranean garden with oleanders, cypresses etc. In short: live like God in France in this beautiful place!

It was such a good experience it was such a beautiful and modern house with a nice view and such a relaxing living room with us super friendly family and caring with a very good location close to everything.

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

We had a wonderful stay at Rudy’s. The apartment is so beautifully decorated and super cleaned. Rudy and Alexandra are very helpful hosts from the start until checking out. The apartment is well located, in a beautiful town yet very close to Nice and Eze. It’s also a short walk to town. Rudy and Alexandra also give excellent restaurant recommendations… we had one of the best meals in France. Thank you again for such an amazing stay and wonderful hospitality!

It is my 2nd time having my holidays with my friends at Aude’s villa. The experience is wonderful. It is totally private and spacious. Aude is a very warm host and communication is superb! Highly recommended to anyone looking to have a holiday with peace and privacy in south France!

Fantastic views and a great place to use as a base

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!

Beautiful villa with a magnificent panorama in front of the Baou de Saint-Jeannet. Very pleasant swimming pool and pétanque court. Patrick is very kind and ultra responsive which makes communication perfect. The villa matches the photos. A change of cushions and bath towels and an even deeper cleaning of this beautiful house, would make the stay more than perfect. The only drawback remains the dented road and the small final slope to park. If the holes are filled in the future, that would be great! Thank you very much Patrick for your hospitality.

The place is on a very good location. Parking spaces are right outside the door. The pool is large and deep for relaxing times. The garden is completely fenced. Nicole is very dog-friendly. I was at a multi-day wedding and she even looked after my dog. The door to the garden was open day and night, the house is so peaceful and safe. I felt very well taken care of and safe. Thank you Nicole for your help. You deserve 10 stars, not 5 😀👍

We had such a great stay, very welcoming arrival where both colleagues walked us around the house and made us feel comfortable. The location was perfect, tucked away near the top of the hill, fantastic views and really peaceful but within a couple of miles from a supermarket and within lin 4 miles from restaurants. Home was very clean, pool table was fantastic addition. Great air conditioning which really helped. Overall fantastic stay.

Our family (7 adults) had an unforgettable two-week stay in the Côte d’Azur, and this villa in La Gaude was the perfect home base! Full of Provençal charm, modern comforts, and surrounded by olive trees, it offered beautiful views of the Mediterranean and distant beaches. Each of the four bedrooms had its own bathroom, which gave everyone space and privacy. We especially loved the pool and outdoor bar — the perfect spot to unwind after exploring nearby gems like Nice, Èze, St-Paul-de-Vence, St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Antibes, and the stunning Gorges du Verdon. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor spaces were ideal for both fun and relaxation. We also hiked in the Mercantour National Park, which was breathtaking. Caroline was a truly outstanding host — thoughtful, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout. Merci, Caroline, for helping make this trip so memorable — we hope to return! We truly felt at home and made memories we’ll cherish for years to come.

What can we say! Our stay at Didier & Sabrina's villa was amazing, from the very moment we met Didier, to seeing the villa, to the beautiful views of the village, we knew we were in for a very special holiday. Didier & Sabrina's place is up there with the best Airbnb's we have stayed at and would highly recommend staying there. The villa is very comfortable, the pool amazing, especially during our stay when the weather was extremely hot, and the locality to the delightful nearby village just tops it all. The village is well located to the nearby train station for trips to Nice, Monaco and Menton among others, and by car to numerous hilltop villages, all within a 30 min drive away. Yes the road leading up to the villa is a little tight, although it adds to the beautifully quaint character of La Gaude and personally we had no issue with this. The villa is even better in person than the photos show. Thank you so much Didier & Sabrina, we'd love to come back one day!

Very nice place to stay with small private and well-kept garden. The pool is amazing. We felt completely comfortable and therefore even extended. Everything there that makes a vacation. Coralie and her mother are very friendly. The only drawback: the beds are too hard for our feeling. But that's complaining to a high standard. I'm sure we'll be back.

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

We had an excellent stay while visiting Nice for the Rugby World Cup. The place has great views and is excellent in every way. Laurent is also the perfect host - friendly, kind and responsive with any query.👍🏼
