We had a great time at Oscar's. We were greeted with smile and kindness by himself and his little family. The house is splendid and functional . The rooms are very large. Having 4 bedrooms upstairs and 2 inside the same as the kitchen allowed us to live with our toddlers without disturbing the rest of the family with our morning schedules. Kind of like an apartment in the house . The pool and exteriors are more than pleasant. The house is just as much for a family trip like ours ( 11 people ) , as for a stay with friends , The restaurants in the area are delicious . Oscar is also very good advice. Ideal location for cyclists, both for the road ( hilly ) and for the mountain bike that allowed us to visit this beautiful region and its panoramas. We were not lucky with the weather but that didn't stop us from having a great stay . Thank you

Very Nice House and great host.

Beautiful and very well-equiped apartment in a peaceful countryside with absolute privacy. Paul and Nicole were lovely hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were at our disposal at all times. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Wonderful garden with great pool to relax. Great terrace overlooking the mountain and fridge (in addition to kitchen). Inside and out everything is clean and comfortable. Very nice and communicative hosts. Good location near Nice but car is a must. We feel very comfortable (couple with a dog). Merci beaucoup!

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

We had a couple of nights at this very sweet property. Cabris is a very quaint and pretty village with amazing views. We went to Grasse and did a perfume workshop which was really good fun and came away with our unique perfume. Can’t fault the property would recommend.

We had an amazing week at MJ’s incredibly beautiful villa. Being four adults and four kids ranging from 5-15 yo, we had everything anyone could possibly need. It was truly a home away from home. Sending lots of love to MJ for making this a memorable week for everyone in our family. We will be back for sure!

We had a very good week from June 14 to 21, Anne, myself and our dog Priscilla. the house is very comfortable and functional and very quiet. the pool is particularly large (12m) for a rented accommodation. Good location for visits that are very interesting with great villages! Bernard and Sophie were available throughout the stay. We recommend. Anne and Pierre

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

We enjoyed our stay with Dominique to the fullest. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful - in the middle of nature, quiet and full of positive energy. Just the right place to unwind and relax. The house itself is lovingly designed and very well maintained. Dominique is a very warm and attentive hostess who is very committed to making sure that you feel completely comfortable. Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and had everything we were looking for. It was so lovely waking up to the beautiful views and we loved the pool. Truly beautiful place and people.

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

The place is on a very good location. Parking spaces are right outside the door. The pool is large and deep for relaxing times. The garden is completely fenced. Nicole is very dog-friendly. I was at a multi-day wedding and she even looked after my dog. The door to the garden was open day and night, the house is so peaceful and safe. I felt very well taken care of and safe. Thank you Nicole for your help. You deserve 10 stars, not 5 😀👍

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

A fantastic place for a large group and three separate families. The space was amazing. The view was even better than the photos. The kitchen was so well equipped with lsrge amounts of glasses, plstes, cutlery and cooking dishes. Amazing find. Pricey but well worth the money.

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

A week full of warmth, comfort & great extras We spent a wonderful week with Delphine and Christophe - and can say with full conviction: They are among the best hosts we have ever experienced. Upon arrival, we were greeted with so much warmth and generosity that we immediately felt welcome. The accommodation itself was great – clean, well thought out & lovingly furnished. But what really made the stay special were all the fantastic extras: - A heated pool that our children loved - A great game room with billiards and other games - and a whole lot of accessories for beach days with kids - from parasols to toys to cool boxes - everything has been thought of! Their openness, their attention to detail & their generosity made our vacation perfect. We would come back anytime & can really recommend this place to everyone!
